Rented out the commercial kitchen space. Herb, operations manager, openly and repeatedly lied about getting licensing taken care of for the space. For three months, he lied to me about working with the city to get the kitchen inspected, always having aj excuse as to wh yhe didnt have paperwork or couldnt get an appointment. Herb would often walk in the kitchen to interrupt my work and make inappropriate comments about my personal social media accounts. My business lost thousands of dollars in revenue as we did not have the licensing needed to prove that we operated in a commercial kitchen. RMSER will not make any effort to fulfill their promises and lie to you when it is convenient for them. Unless you're using the food bank, i would stay far away from this place.
