Parents, please think twice before enrolling your child here. This school clearly prioritizes rules and money over compassion and child well-being. My 4-year-old was denied entry just minutes after 9AM without any call, despite us never having issues with similar drop-off times before. No empathy, no accountability. Only rigid enforcement and poor management. Deeply disappointing experience.

I want to start off by saying, this center is AMAZING! My son started here 3 years ago during the pandemic and he is autistic. So, between the pandemic protocols and him being non verbal at the time, I was terrified. They made sure to make him as comfortable as he could be, even with me not being able to go into the facility at the time. They communicate through their app, update throughout the day with pictures etc. the teachers and admin staff/ owner are all amazing. They have made a huge impact in my sons life over the years. They worked with him at the center and made sure he made progress. 3 years later he has made huge accomplishments! He is potty trained, speaks fully, and knows how to interact with others. And I owe SO much of it to River City. I have recommended this center to everyone I know, that are looking for a daycare. I will continue to send my son here, until he is not of age anymore (haha) They have become family, and they have that mentality throughout the entire facility!

After interviewing many daycares in my area (7) my family and I decided to join the River City family. The teachers and ladies at the front desk are super friendly which made my husband and I very comfortable. Entrusting your little one with people you might not know is never easy but seeing a bright friendly smiles assures you that your child will be in good hands. Highly recommend.

I could not be more disappointed by the management and admin staff that run this place. It really is too bad because the classroom staff are all so nice. Unfortunately the admin staff are all about their paperwork and $$$$. This is a single mothers worst nightmare, save yourself and take your child somewhere else. Not only was I forced to pay for time my son couldn’t attend from sickness that he got there, they forced him to stay home when he wasn’t even sick. They just want your money, nothing else matters. Save yourself and find a better childcare provider. Don’t waste your money here.

River City Early Learning Center is a great program and I highly recommend it. My son attended this school from ages 1-4 years old. They have great classroom teachers and administrative staff. They communicated with me very well, and kept me informed about daily, weekly, and monthly events. They update pictures daily so I can see my child during daily activities. They did an amazing job assisting my child with potty training, mannerisms, and communication skills. I always felt like working with the staff was like working as a family to provide the best plan for my son's developmental growth. My son was so excited to go to school each day, not only did he know the teachers in his own classroom, but all the teachers would know his name and speak to him on the ways to his classroom. They have an amazing organized and structured curriculum. They provide monthly calendars of what our children will be leaning and working on so you can also work with them at home. They also provide a monthly menu, so you know what your child is eating each day. My son started pre-K completely prepared to succeed because of everything he learned at RCELC. They have a great security and monitoring system in place to ensure our children are safe. Overall RCELC is a place where your child can feel loved, cared for, safe and protected, a place where your child can develop, learn, create, and have fun. Thank you RCELC!
