Rising Stars Childcare

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL if you have to utilize this establishment for childcare!!! I understand sometimes we don’t have any other options, but I implore you to SERIOUSLY look at any other option because the safety of your children is your responsibility and putting them in this place is too much of a risk to their safety and happiness. PLEASE BE VERY WEARY and be sure to take time to communicate with your children about their feelings about the time they spend here if they’re currently enrolled, or if you are planning on enrolling them in the future make sure you ask them how they’re treated and how they feel about the people who are watching them. If there are other options PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER OPTION for your children, PLEASE!!! Your babies are worth it and deserve ONLY the best possible care and this place is the WORST POSSIBLE OPTION.

The owner called me from her personal phone and harassed me I’m very dissatisfied it’s been somthing new at the beginning of each month since my daughter started my son no issues but what set me was when the owner called me and gave me an attitude about my daughters wipes when one I didn’t see the reminder on the app and two I didn’t get a physical reminder. Second part is they stalk your house if you live close to see if your home or not yea my husband was home he was on lunch. Then she threatened my spots more then once but when I reported her that’s when she started to act like the victim my children will never step foot in that daycare again. Yes I had an issue with making my payments on time because every time I turn around I have to clock out from work an hour to drive there and drive back to drop off wipes. But my payment is up to date and the rest will be paid my next pay day basing the fact my kids won’t be back. Yes they have wonderful teachers but the owner is a bully so be fair warned.

Horrific, they have several cps orders against them. Of course I didn't find this out until my 1 yr old was supposedly left on a big kid swing outside without any supervision and had a huge deep gash in her chin that they say happened when she fell face first into the gravel from falling from the swing. When I took her to the doctor they said it was clearly a BITE MARK!! I asked to see camera and they said there were no cameras outside ( very dangerous) seeing that someone could just grab a child!! And they didn't even call me to tell me what happened. The next day when I came in I heard the staff had been gossiping about me going off, o sure did my child was put in danger and hurt and I wasn't notified! I immediately took my child out and had a outstanding balance that I was making payments toward. Well they went to the courts about it and now dang near a year later they have somehow acquired my bank account and cleaned it out. BEWARE OF RISING STAR they are con artists and do not care about your children's safety and have a bad habit of showing favoritism. Horrible company

My son has been at this daycare for almost 4 years and I have had my fights with the owner several times. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back. My son will NOT EVER walk foot back in this place. From the teachers past AND present giving me the information behind closed doors that the owner lets go on is being reported. Terrible terrible place!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the staff!! They care about the kids and the kids love them. They do activities with the kids, and truly listen and take care of any concerns we have promptly.
