What Parents Say
Restoration Christian Academy receives mostly positive reviews praising staff friendliness, quality care, and Christian education. However, a few parents report concerns about billing practices for CCAP participants, lack of professional communication regarding incidents, and staff training issues.
My son who was 3 at the time went here for several months. I pulled him out & that was the best section ever made. This place is very unprofessional, some of the workers are not trained properly plus rude. They do not communicate with you when an incident happens under their care. If you choose to bring your child here keep a watchful eye, if you have no other choice at least wait until your child can talk so they can tell you if they are being mistreated or not.
I'm not sure if I should knock a point off for the reception woman. I think I'll let them keep the extra star and remain a 5-star location. The overall child care is a very high quality. I have just heard things from one of the mothers that the child care center can take extra time when you drop off your children because the reception lady does not have a sense of urgency. Beyond that, I know only good things. Try to give yourself extra time when dropping off your children to account for that staff member. Or perhaps they will see my post and let the woman at the front know that parents can sometimes be in a hurry? Keep up the good work otherwise. I know a young couple who drives out of their way to go to this center, so they must be doing something right.
I’m thankful that my children were not mistreated while they have been in attendance at this facility but they will be getting pulled from this Christian daycare because they are charging CCAP participants out of pocket for days that children are not there. So families that already can’t afford childcare with be getting change more if you don’t take your children to the facility. This place was already a last resort for me but truly regret placing my children here. I get that this is still a business and must get paid but I don’t understand how I could be changed for a service that I didn’t receive. If my child was not in attendance why do I have to pay? You did not have to feed, watch, entertain( because there is not curriculum so I know they are not teaching them) or even transport them so why am I charged outside of my parental fee when you didn’t have any responsibility for my child that day?
My son goes here. He is 10 months old and I love the friendly and caring staff. I think other reviewers on here are disgruntled at the old staff... or perhaps they are old (fired) staff... Other parents who send their children here are thrilled at the quality of care too, just as much as I am.
I love 💕 this place. It just gets better with time. The staff is hard working making sure all children are engaged and safe. It’s an awesome experience to see a chaplain come on to teach our kids about God and characteristics he possesses!
