I have had two children at this center for more than 1.5 years, and it’s been awesome! I’m so glad we’ve stayed with Kiddie until now. During this time, there was a short period when things felt a bit unstable, and we were considering switching. However, because my kids were so happy at the center, we decided to wait and observe a little longer. Since then, the quality has improved so much! What I appreciate now is that the center is very communicative and transparent, with classroom observations conducted by professionals. Through these proactive communications, my husband and I truly feel that they care deeply, not just about the children, but about the families as well. We are very happy and glad we didn’t choose to leave last year!
This daycare is in terrible condition: the facility is dirty, the carpets and toys are in poor shape, and children get dirty very quickly. There is almost no supervision — kids fall, get hurt, bite each other, while teachers are often on their phones. I warn parents — choosing this daycare is unsafe.

My daughter has been here since infancy. We enrolled when the center had just opened. While it was not very structured at the beginning, we absolutely loved her infant teacher. My daughter has spent most of her life at this center, and she has grown into a happy and confident girl. We truly appreciate everything the center has provided.
We enrolled our daughter in this daycare when she was three months old, and it was so hard. But they have made this so lovely for us. It truly feels like Mandy and Kasey care for our daughter like their own. Mandy has also helped us through several nap and eating transitions. Our baby is a difficult eater, and Mandy is one of the only people she will eat for aside from us, which speaks to her trustworthiness. Our room has always been clean. And the ratio of 1:3 in the baby room is amazing - most other facilities are 1:4. We also love Donna, who always smiles and says hello to us at the front desk, and went above and beyond by letting our little one work at the front desk with her during early times when she was adjusting to daycare.
