I am absolutely appalled by how the manager Demica Parker represents the Headstart, not only at events, but in the Headstart facility as well. She is rude to the kids, the employees, and has no customer care whatsoever. I have seen her treat specific employees with no regards to their feelings or person. I hope that she is removed from that position because Headstart can do so much better that. If I don’t see change happen from this review alone, I promise I will find a way to shut that program down to ensure someone such as Demica no longer has the opportunity to run that program. Especially for her to be prior military, she is a disgusting representation to the armed forces as well as Help New Mexico. Get HER OUT OF THERE!!!!
