THE WORSE EVER!! Just so you all know religious institutions do NOT have to abide by ADA (American Disability Act) laws. Meaning if at anytime your child becomes sick, has medical conditions, learning disabilities, or anything the church daycare deems too much to handle or that they don’t want to handle they can dismiss your child from the daycare. Day 2 of my child attending this daycare my husband and I were informed due to my child’s medical condition (she had 1 SEIZURE a year ago which was fever induced) my child couldn’t attend the daycare. My child’s doctor cleared her and made documentation that I submitted to the daycare that my child is perfectly fine to attend a daycare. My child’s doctor gave me meds to give to my daughter if she has a seizure. I gave the meds to the daycare as well. I was informed they didn’t feel comfortable giving her meds. i stated if you don’t feel comfortable just call 911 the FIRE DEPARTMENT IS LITERALLY ON THE SAME STREET 30 feet in walking DISTANCE from the daycare. My child has a speech therapist OUTSIDE of the daycare and Mrs. SHERRY (Director) also told me “how will my non verbal child learn in a class of kids that can talk and learn like normal”. My child is not nonverbal she has a speech delay; however, IT WAS ONLY DAY 2 of her attending the daycare! It’s quite a shame that a Christian institution can be so terrible! I say if you can find somewhere else to take your baby. otherwise, make sure your perfect angel doesn’t get sick or need any type of extra attention!

My Baby was here In 2018/2019 they r nice ill give that to them the lady that be in the baby room and who cooks was like my aunt she keep it real all the time. But when I lost my job and started school and started being a Lil behind but was still making payments the coordinator told me it was OK I kept her updated she did not let me go months behind believe me. But I told her one day that next week that I will have the full balance of my bill she said ok when the week came my deposit had not hit til that wed that morning my oldest daughter took my Baby to school I had work my plan was to get money order on way to pick him up that evening she called me a noon and said that my son had to be picked up because of balance I told her I informed you I would take care of balance this evening when I get off she said I'm sorry u must pick him up now ..and this is church folks right.. I said say less and left work early went to Pick my son up and never took him back. How can u put a baby out in the middle of the day like that I didn't want him back up there anymore after she was like come get you child right now even though I told her I had the money and I could pay balance later I'm not sure why she became so ugly with me that day but I didn't say anything to staff grabbed my Baby and his belongings and left. She gave no explanation as to why she suddenly couldn't wait another sec. So it was baby then they had a toddler teacher who would scream at the baby's daily she did not qualify to be a toddler teacher.she seemed like a piching granny.

The staff was constantly late. They lost my child's bottles and nipples to his bottles on a regular basis. They would feed my child's food and milk to other children. One day he had diarrhea no one called me and when I asked why the manager said it got busy and she forgot to call. He constantly had busted lips and scars. They are argumentative and liars. They let my child sleep all day and only fed him once a day. His last day there, my mom picked him up because I had to work, I told her to get all of his things from the Daycare. They gave her the bare minimum and I bring a lot of food for him on a weekly basis. So I consider it as they stole his baby food, cereal and wipes. I gave them multiple chances and the experience got worse, and worse. I strongly recommend that you do not send your child here. I hope for the future the management changes and they get workers who actually care about the kids.

The full staff are very nice and professional. The facility is always clean the staff make sure they take extra good care of your kids.

Good morning everyone I love this daycare facility everyone is so sweet and respectful to me and my grandchild that attend this daycare and the Director Mrs Vines is very very Sweet and cares about our kids and they feed them good so if you looking for a beautiful daycare that teaches your children values come on over here to The Redbird Learning Center where they strive for perfection.. have a great day
