Horrible daycare ran by a maniac woman that enjoys bullying children and degrading them. The owner argued with me and yelled back and forth with me in front of all the children at the daycare. She called the police on my 4 year old. And from what I've heard, he wasn't the first kid to have the police called on him. I was so pissed off that I filed a complaint with the state and after the investigation they were given a citation. This was years ago, but to this day I am still so bothered by this place and this woman that I feel I have to let other parents know that your child is NOT safe here. My son had emotional issues for years after that incident and was terrified of police. This is not how you treat a child. They will also be put down and degraded. After all this happened and I pulled my children out of that place, her and her husband followed and chased me in their car one afternoon. She is such a crazy woman and you cannot trust them with your children.
I don't miss El Paso (sorry folks), but I DO miss this daycare. I have never before and never again (moved out of state) found a daycare that cares this much and maintains safety, cleanliness, ratio and other state standards so routinely. In other Day cares, I noticed the state rules were only followed when the inspector was coming (I think they give a week or so time frame of inspection) but outside of that week, other daycares would violate most of the state rules. Ready Set Grow owner/operator strives to maintain a healthy educational loving environment for the children.
The worst experience ever, they degrade your child and expect you to discipline your child infront of the other children and staff for their satisfaction. The owner got out of line, screaming and yelling about how my son should be discipline, it was a horrific site for children to see so unprofessional. Stay away from this daycare. My child would also come home starving due to the super small portions they would serve, never again.
I grew up in this daycare but sadly I had to move but I still live in El Paso just not in the area and all I know is that this daycare is the best they really help you when you are feeling sad and the staff there are very nice and friendly.i really do wish that I can go to see all my friends that I left there like this one kid that was my best friend I believe his name was Isaiah.if you plan on leaving your kids here I 100% recommend it the staff here will move mountains for your kids and I hope to see all the people that I left.❤️
I agree with some of the comments here, this woman (the owner) is a maniac and she is vengeful, she has no class and I personally witnessed how yes, she does degrade kids, it’s so infuriating, disgusting place also, they claimed to be super clean but oh my god, it is so not a clean place
