Rcs Caring Steps Children'S Center

My family has been attending RCS Caring steps since 2019. Both of my children have been enrolled since they were infants, they are now almost 4 and 2. This facility is great in so many ways. The classroom size is very large compared to other facilities we considered, so you do not feel like your children are all crammed into a small space. There’s even a full-size gymnasium! So, even on those cold Fall, winter AND spring Michigan days the kids still get to run around and get their energy out, working on their gross motor skills. This is certainly not just a daycare facility but truly a child learning facility. There are real lesson plans, and skills that are developed as they progress through the different age to classrooms. They also provide full meals and snacks included in the tuition price, so no packing lunches every morning! My daughter never wants to leave in the evening even after a full day of activity. The teachers and staff at Caring Steps are wonderful. They are very friendly and knowledgeable; every teacher and staff in the facility knows my children by their name even if they have not had them yet as students. The fact that this facility carries the Rochester Community Schools, affiliation makes my wife and I have more peace of mind that they would not be hiring individuals that do not reflect the values of the school district. There is also opportunities to participate in additional activities during the school day, including exposure to various sports and dance. My wife and I are glad that our children will be able to have continuity from infant age all the way to 12th grade within the Rochester School District. Child care is a HUGE financial investment, RCS Caring Steps has been more than worth the cost to our family and is enjoyed by our children daily.

My toddler has been attending RCS for almost a year now. Leaving your little one with care providers is a huge act of trust, and I could not think of a better place for my child. All of his teachers have been warm, loving, and nurturing. They are communicative and keep me informed. I can see how much fun he has every day, and I can see the strong connections he has with his teachers. I believe this program is setting him up for success for his later years, and I love seeing him learn and experience new things each day. The facility is clean, safe, and secure. I highly recommend Caring Steps!

We moved to MI last summer and our first priority was finding a good daycare for our daughter. We are very thankful to have found RCS. The director, Raana is so professional and always available. The teachers are wonderful. They are constantly looking for fun, new, creative, and interactive lessons. Our daughter loves going to school each morning. The rooms are huge. They have a huge gym for days they can’t play outside, and the outdoor space has play sets and swings and plenty of space to run around.

The teachers are wonderful, they have spent the time to get to know my son in order to personalize his learning. They are constantly looking for fun, new, creative, and interactive lessons. RCS made me, my family, and most importantly my son feel great about going to school.

We just moved to the area in June 2022 and was very nervous about how our two kids would adjust to the move and a new day care. We have been nothing but blown away with the amazing curriculum and caring nature of everyone at RCS Caring Steps. We have one son who just moved from Pre-school to K-prep and daughter who started in infant and is now in toddler. We loved ALL of the rooms and staff. The rooms are huge and the teacher ratio is amazing. The kids have tons or space in the rooms, they have a huge gym for days they can’t play outside, and the outdoor space has play sets and swings and plenty of space to run around. The food program is also amazing and my kids have allergies and RCS is very accommodating. The kids never want to leave which tells me that they love being there and that makes me feel good. It’s never easy to leave your children in someone else’s care every day but I never worry with RCS and their App gives us real time updates on our children and we get pictures every day. My son previously had speech therapy due to speech delays but since moving to RCS he has grown in leaps and bounds and my 22 month old is speaking in 3-4 word sentences and singing her ABCs 🤯. We drive past 2 other child care centers, 5 days a week. to get to RCS and I can’t imagine my kids going anywhere else.
