Horrible service. They have no way to pay electronically, so everything has to be check or money order. Months ago, I paid in advance with 3 money orders. They lost one of them and then suddenly said I owed them for that lost money order from months ago. (They acknowledged that I gave them three money orders, though.) They said that I cannot bring my child back until I repay the money I already gave them ... because they lost my money.
