R'Club - Blanton

If I could give no stars it will be no stars!!! I would like to start off with how disgusted I am with r'club and the staff. I thought it would be better now then when I was attending when I was a child but it's not they still don't watch your kids they still don't care. My daughter was hit in her face not once but twice yesterday by another student. When I came to pick her up she's crying with ice on her face and explaining to me what happened. No adult came to me and said anything I had to say, is anyone going to explain to me what happened, so then the director Monica comes up to me and start explaining what she thinks happened because no one saw anthing. While she's talkin to me I have Jalisa, a so-called group leader being very rude and disrespectful yelling at me at the same time. Monica had to ask her three times to be quiet and she refused and kept yelling at me then she had to tell her to just walk away when Jalisa gets up to walk away she's laughing like the situation is funny to her that my child was just hit. I really have a issue with no one calling me to let me know that my daughter was hit in the face then my daughter tells me TION another so-called group leader tells my child that she knows she started it and she's always starting stuff and laughing about her getting hit in the face and then tells her she doesn't need ice and telling my child she's a liar and that the other child didn't hit her in her face she only poked her in the eyes asking the other child is she okay but not my daughter. It better be consequences for those group leaders actions on how they treated my daughter and disrespecting me and it needs to be suspension, fired something. I don't appreciate my child getting bullied and then bullied by adults so-called group leaders and me being personally attack. So-called group leaders don't have no respect for parents, kids or supervisor for them to act like that in front of their supervisor and kids. I want a meeting with everybody I will be calling corporate on Monday something needs to be done about this, don't attack my child Period!!!! I will never do r'club ever again in life. R club is pathetic they can never keep staff in there, it is girls coming in and out all the time They have these little girls working there no experience don't even speak to parents when they come in they're never interacting with the kids and always sitting down they're not watching these kids apparently if my child got attacked twice. I would rather spend extra money and take my kids somewhere else this place is garbage an apology is in order for my daughter and she's going to get it. My daughter has been going there since she was Kindergarten and now in 5th grade never once got in a physical altercation with anyone!!! never got suspended no referral, nor right up anything, now you have this new girl coming here attacking my daughter and then new staff attacking my child that has been there for 5 minutes!!! You supposed to be group leaders?! "Leaders" lead by example if you DONT like children or know how to interact with parents find a new profession. Don't take it out on my kids and me. Cut that favoritism stuff out and be professional. I feel like r club is Prejudice and singled my daughter out and it will be hell to pay If any one of them group leaders bullies my child and anybody else but they hands on her a police report will be filed and I will be contacting my attorney. Please train ur staff!!!

Excellent service, my daughter adores Miss Monica and Miss Sharaey. Miss Monica is not longer there but the service still the same quality. No issues for the last 2 years.
