They are HORRIBLE COMMUNITY PARTNERS. So as we know parking is tight in Philadelphia. But when you open a business in the community you have to RESPECT the residents in the community. Your daycare workers should be considerate of the residents and the parking.for 8-9 hrs a day The people who work downtown UNFORTUNATELY pay to park. You can not inconvenience the neighbors because you don’t want to find somewhere else to park instead of in front of someones house for
