Rancho Kinder Care is a truly exceptional place. Our kid has been going for over a year, and we've been more than happy. The staff goes above and beyond to demonstrate their genuine care for every child's well-being, seeking to understand the unique qualities of every individual and their family dynamics. Moreover, their programs are thoughtfully designed to incorporate diverse cultures and instill strong values of kindness, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels seen, valued, and loved. We also appreciate their openness and clear communication whenever any issues or concerns arise. All in all, we are grateful that the staff and educational programs at Rancho KC are clearly dedicated to fostering not just learning, but also emotional growth and a strong sense of belonging.

Leaving our 3 month old to the care of others was not an easy decision, but KinderCare Downey made it possible especially during the early transitions. When we toured the facility, we noticed the kids looked to the teachers for comfort and safety and received what they needed. Our only experience has been in the infant room thus far where our son has been for the past 12 months. We are so appreciative of the teachers, who have been collaborators in the process of developing nap habits, feeding skills, gross motor skills, “gentleness”, and weaning progression. We love seeing photos and updates of how he is doing in school through the KinderCare app! Overall grateful to have dependent, trustworthy space where our son enjoys going everyday. Yup, we try not to get jealous when he doesn’t want to come home at the end of day!

I want to thank all the teachers and staff at Rancho Los Amigos Kindercare for helping us take care of our baby boy for the past 4 months. Each day is getting easier as a parent with the care and support that we receive for our boy at Rancho Los Amigos Kindercare. As first time parents it has been a journey as we learn and adapt to the new lives we live as parents. With Kindercare taking care of our son, I feel confident that we can excel in our lives as parents but also in our professional careers. I see the attention and care that the teachers provide to our baby boy and it makes us feel more at ease. Some quick notes of the things that we enjoy: -The facility is well kept and cleaned often. -All the teachers and staff are nice and talk very nicely to all the children. -They are open early at 6:30am -The app is great for staying up to date on everything that is going on in real time regarding diaper changes, feeding time, nap times, etc -We love when we get a picture of the fun activities that our son is doing while in their care. Especially when they are learning something new. -They have special events for the kids that parents can attend and we really enjoyed that. Example} easter egg hunt. The list goes on. We highly recommend Rancho Los Amigos Kindercare for the safe, caring and mentally stimulating environment that they create. Rancho Los Amigos KinderCare rocks!!! Our family members recommended the school to us, and our son absolutely loves attending. I love Rancho los Amigos KinderCare. All the teachers and staff are so warm and welcoming. I was so pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone is. The school my son was attending prior to Rancho KinderCare was horrible. I can’t explain how much happier and excited to go to school my son is now. He loves it here. I especially love the daily reports. I love that I know what my son is doing during the day. I love seeing him in action at school. I couldn’t have made a better decision than to switch him here.
