I cannot recommend this daycare enough! My daughter has been attending for over a year, and every day I am more impressed with the level of care and attention they provide. The staff is incredibly kind, warm, and professional, always making both me and my daughter feel welcome. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every child feels loved and safe. The cleanliness is exceptional — they clean and sterilize all toys, bottles, and surfaces every night, which gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in a safe environment. I also love that they document everything, so I can easily follow along with how my daughter’s day is going, from meals to activities. The hours are another huge plus. As a working parent, I appreciate that they’re open later than many other daycares, which makes balancing my schedule so much easier. I am so grateful to have found this daycare, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my child’s care. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for everything you do!
I can't recommend this daycare enough. We started in 2020 with our oldest at 4 years old, and then enrolled our youngest at 6 months old. We moved out of state earlier this year, and we still talk about how much we miss this place. I knew my children were well taken care of while I was at work. I never had to think twice. The owner and staff are amazing. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and know every parent and child by name. Ms Jordan is amazing, she potty trained my youngest in just a few days. Incredible. My kids would come home with artwork and projects all the time. I love the keepsakes. They use Procare to log all the activities, meals and snacks, and naps. They do send pictures too! The school age program is incredible. They would pick my oldest up from school, feed him a snack, and have plenty of activities for him. The summer program for school age is unmatched. It's all completely planned out in advance. There's tons of fun field trips every week, and the days they are at the center are meaningful and carefully planned. This daycare is truly about the kids.
If you have kids in this facility take them out NOW! If you don't, don't even think about putting them in here. The problems starts with the owner and trickles down to the family members that work there. Good staff is treated horribly. Way too many kids per teacher. 36 kids to 2 teachers is insane. Fighting (physical) happening between staff members IN FRONT OF THE KIDS. Run far far away from this place. And shame on the owner for letting these things happen and being a part of the problem.
Our kids have been going to Raisin Angels for almost 3 years now, and we truly couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, they’ve felt safe, loved, and excited to go every day—and as parents, that means everything. They absolutely adore all of their teachers, and they always come home with stories about the fun things they did, especially on no-school days when they get to go on field trips. And the summer program for school-agers? It’s such a great way to keep them learning, socializing, and having fun all summer long. We enrolled our youngest when he was just 5 months old, and I remember how nervous we were at first. It’s never easy to leave your baby in someone else’s care—but you all made that transition so much easier. The infant teachers were amazing, and we looked forward to the daily pictures and updates that gave us such peace of mind. Now, he’s in the Ones class and continues to thrive. We love seeing how much he’s learning and growing, and we’re so thankful for the care and attention you give him every day. To the staff and directors—you all are incredible. Every single one of you is so kind, patient, and welcoming. We know this work isn’t easy, but please know that it never goes unnoticed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you do for our family. It truly feels like a second home for our kids, and we’re so grateful to have found Raisin Angels.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this as a business to take your child. My daughter was bit over 23 times severely. The daycare did not take proactive measures to prevent this. In fact, it took research on our end to discover that it was the same child biting her repeatedly, and the daycare did not think to take proactive measures like separating her and the other child, or to add more staffing to watch the child who was biting more closely. Come to find out, it was the directors’ child, which was hugely disappointing because we felt due to this, they would not take our issue seriously, and we were right. We unenrolled our daughter, and toured 4+ other facilities in Meridian/Boise, all who have an actual biting policy in place, and said they have unenrolled children due to biting, and what we were experiencing was excessive. Cleanliness is an issue as well – clothes were constantly sent home stained head to toe, or they were left sitting at daycare and came home moldy, as well as moldy bottles being sent home. Diapering was not done properly, as my daughter would come home every day with a dirty diapering, and at times, it was obvious she was sitting in it for hours, causing a severe rash on one occasion. Organization is an issue as well, constantly misplacing my daughters’ shoes, jackets, socks, and more. This resulted in us spending 15+ minutes trying to track those items down during pick up, or them being lost completely, which caused us to spend more money buying replacement items. Please do not take your child to this facility. We are much more impressed with where our daughter attends now.
