This is an absolutely amazing place and has been for all three of my kiddos, the staff is caring and very attentive to their needs not one complaint about how things are being run and my kids love this place. The vibe is homey and the owners are literally the best people ever.. were particular about certain things when it comes to our kids and we’ve tried three other daycares before this.. we highly recommend!

It took me a while to post this review because I thought Raintree had the best interest of my kids, and I thought they treated my kids like family but that is not the case. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old that I had to pull out of this daycare. My 4 year old was going to this daycare for 3 years. He is vocal and came to me on a Friday and told me that a teacher gave him a “red gummy candy” during naptime. He then said “Ms. Claudia” gave him only ONE candy and she put it in his mouth. I asked him what candy it was & was showing him photos of different red candy, but he said it was none of the candy I was showing him. At first, I was wondering why they would give him candy during naptime, if that’s the time to wind down, not get them hyper. That’s when I showed him a photo of a melatonin, and he confirmed that is the candy “Ms. Claudia” put in his mouth. Mind you, this was when the owners of the daycare were out of town on vacation, therefore they could not prove anything to me, but just that they spoke to that employee and she said it was a “gusher” even though my son does not like that candy at all, and it was one of the photos I showed him and he said it was not the candy he ate. The owner said she will look through camera footage but it has been TWO WEEKS and I have yet to see any videos or hear anything back. I have pulled my kids from this daycare & I hope this post warns other parents to think about sending their kids to this daycare because they DO NOT care & they will do and say anything to defend themselves no matter what the situation is. They are very unprofessional & do not hold the staff accountable for their actions. BEWARE The employee that gave my son this IS NOT FIRED AND IS STILL WATCHING OVER THE KIDS.

I absolutely love this daycare and the staff. They always make my boys feel loved, celebrated and welcome. My baby had really bad separation anxiety starting daycare at 1years old and they were able to calm him down and now at 3 he runs inside. My 4 year old is in pre-k and is challenging at times but they work with him and me to help keep him on track. Even their dad approves of the facility and staff and he's not easy to please. They even communicate with us and send pictures...

My two sons have been going to this daycare for almost a year, the owners are very sweet, and my kids love their teachers so much!! My 4 year old can be quite a handful and this daycare has never had an issue controlling his behavior in a very professional way! Both of my kids have learned so much since they have started attending Rain Tree. I was a little skeptical at first just due to the area and the age of the facility, but the care is top notch!

My kids have been in other Daycares that are way expensive. However, when we moved to this location my kids have never been happier. The teachers are so nice and attentive to all the kids. Their academic curriculum is excellent, my 3 year old already knows how to write words and l haven’t teach her that at all, but l have to give all the credit to the teachers. The food is not can food, their menu is full of rich nutrients dishes and real homemade food ( enchiladas, nachos, pasta with veggies, tacos, burritos, scramble eggs, pancakes, etc...) I’m so happy to find this facility. We are wanted to move to the woodlands area for the longest, but one reason of waiting is because we are afraid not to find a daycare like this one.
