I was told about Rainbows Promise by a co worker at the end of this last school year. I promptly called them and knew immediately just by my conversation that this place was far more warm and comforting than other places that I had encountered. I set up a time to go in and do paperwork with the ladies and meet everyone. I knew from the moment I walked in that I had came to the right place. The building is clean, organized and well taken care of. Everyone from the very first moment I said hello was reassuring, comforting, informative, understanding, and they have not stopped going far and beyond to make sure my son stays safe and I stay informed. Each and everyone of these ladies put there heart into making sure each and every child is taken care of in there own individual way. They have such an amazing system with so many activities, games, and field trips to do with the kids each and everyday. My son loves Rainbows Promise and literally wakes up ready to go each day before I am. I have high respect, love and appreciation for what they do and give to not just my son but to me as a worried over protective parent each and everyday. I enjoy knowing my son has such a wonderful time during the day and that he is tended to with every need I have no worry as I leave and go to work. As a first time mama i had my fear about leaving my baby but they made it such an amazing experience and put my worries to rest! They take such good care of all the babies and kids and you can tell they all love them like their own! I couldn’t have chose a better daycare for my little one!!
My son really bonded with his teacher, Crystal. I liked the update sheets we received after his day so we knew what he'd eaten, when he'd slept and what had happened. We would have kept them as our daycare if my job hadn't changed locations, making it impossible to get there before 5:30pm.
They would not toilet my daughter- she entered an 18mo program at 2yr old (already potty trained) and stayed there 4 months with babies- I had to send her in pull-ups. Dirty bathroom there, would take her when I picked her up- had UTIs from holding it, rashes from not being changed when she messed herself. many times staff would not feed her the lunch I packed for various reasons. They fed cheap food like eggos/pizza/crackers and cheese frequently causing bowel obstruction and distended intestines. Too many unexplained injuries to her from other kids-never contacted or given specifics. I withdrew her without daycare in place and will forfeit all I prepaid for her safety. The place is cheap, does crafts but neither were my concern. You get what you pay for- also, one of the instructors that quit said it was unsafe and workers are paid minimum wage- makes sense in hindsight.
This is a really awesome daycare and they staff is amazing and it's very clean and safe
