As it stand this place has on numerous occasions chastised me in front of my 4 Year old now 5/yo son. Tried to engage in argument's in front of him with me on numerous occasions. Gotten themselves involved outside of the daycare setting to try and prevent my son from achieving his yellow belt at his karate dojo in East aurora by calling a sense i there on their personal time. Attempted to involve themselves in my personal divorce affairs and my so has of late come home with stories of kids saying pretty harsh things for four to five year olds including “They hope he dies” “They kill Jesus Christ” and other surprisingly violent things. I’ve built up recordings and screenshots over the last two years to ensure I can meet burden of proof. After being told numerous times that their charges are paid via child support payments after a one off they’ve decided to try and charge me a $10 late fee and now sent me a letter saying they’ll send it to collections next. They shouldn’t have either my Date of Birth or social security number so if this next step happens I will be taking this institution to court. That is if they still have their license in a year after NY State is done investigating them. Prospective clients weigh your options carefully and ensure you sit in on a few classes before choosing to pay $1000s of dollars a month to send your kid to a place that clearly has little better to do than enact high-school levels of bullying and unprofessionalism.
