The lady Kayla that is in charge here is so unprofessional. She only speaks to you when its payment time, like she always have a attitude problem every day. Not to mention her appearance isn't professional like she rolled over out of bed. The teachers I dealt with there are great Sarah and I forgot the other lady from before but they was amazing with my child. Then they left and the new teachers in the school age classroom acts as teenagers in their device and speaks on their personal club life in the class room during business hours. My child had a injury and no one even called to inform me of this so I didnt find out until I picked up my child at 530 p.m. I know daycare in north pole is hard to find but this place isn't it.
This is a daycare that only has money in mind. The owner Kayla is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. She has yelled lied and failed to uphold their end of policy’s for children at this day care. I would recommend to every parent not to bring your child to this establishment.
One star is way too high to rate anything in North Pole, but if you really wanna blend in with the rest of the twacks in town and want your kids to have an early start in downtrodden? Then this is the place!
My daughter went here for before and after school for two years. She loved it. Teachers were friendly and caring.
Son went there for last 5 months for Pre K program (Half days) :) He enjoyed it and everyone was really nice!
