From the moment I stepped into the school for a tour I knew this was where I wanted my son to be. I was very nervous about sending my son to 3k so I made sure to ask all the questions and tour all of the schools I was interested in. They were so welcoming and engaging and still are til this day. My son did 3k and Pre-K here and currently enrolled in their summer camp too. He is treated like family here. Everyone knows who he is and that is so refreshing! This school is truly a gem. Besides their welcoming spirit they are great academically as well! My son always struggled with his speech and so forth but from being there a month in I noticed how quickly he began to form sentences and pick up on words. He loves going to school. We love it so much that we have the rest of our kids coming here too in the fall. I wouldn’t trust any other place.
We’ve had such a positive experience with Kids Rainbowland Nursery School over the past three years. Our 4-year-old has thrived—socially, and emotionally. The teachers are warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about early childhood education. The classroom environment is nurturing and engaging, with lots of hands-on learning, imaginative play, and opportunities for creativity. Our child comes home excited to share what he's learned and tells us so many things about his teachers (all good stuff) . We especially appreciate the school’s emphasis on kindness, curiosity, and community. Communication with families is very good, and we always feel welcome and well-informed.
Rainbowland is a wonderful school. The teachers and staff are kind and caring. My daughter always goes in with a smile and comes home happy singing songs and talking about all the things she learned. We are so lucky to have such a great school in the neighborhood!
Our children love this school, the teachers, and staff. Unfortunately there are not many daycares in the neighborhood and we are fortune enough to have this local gem! The teachers are not only attentive to each child, but thoughtful when planning lessons for the day, week, and month. The daycare follows a theme and each classroom has their own lesson for each age group. The administrative staff are always communicative and organized. At the beginning of each school year they provide a school calendar that includes dates when the daycare is closed, which is pretty much two weeks in the year. On the days the DOE is closed, they offer extended care for a fee so parents can continue working and don’t have to take vacation days to stay home. One wonderful part of this daycare is that they offer snack and lunch to all students, including the nursery room. I can go on about how much we LOVE this daycare. But in a nutshell, as parents, we are so thankful for the staff, its program, and location!
Excellent daycare. Very nurturing staff. The children are always out and about exploring the area. They have a private gated playground.
