What Parents Say
Rainbow Intergenerational Learning Center receives mostly positive feedback with a 4.3/5 rating. The majority of parents praise the caring director, sweet teachers, and welcoming environment. However, one detailed negative review raises serious concerns about staff patience, dietary accommodation, inadequate supervision, and lack of parent communication.
My kids and I love that school. The director has a huge heart and all the teachers are sweet with them. Other kids and parents are very respectful too.
Stay AWAY! Teacher’s are getting old, and instead of retired, they lose your patience over the kids. They scream, they let them stay 1/2 hour sitting doing nothing. My son was potty trained and when he started there, he came back to diapers and they didn’t even try to help him. Not respecting the way he eats (no dairy no sugar) and even with a letter from his pediatrician, they still gave them what they want “cause he cries when he sees other kids eating cereal”. Every time I picked him up he was starving and thirsty. Not talking about the cold he caught because they never put him his jacket back, even when the principal told me “oh it’s so cold, that’s why I always wear my jacket” but they didn’t put the jacket to my son once. No communication with parents. They don’t allow the teachers to talk to the parents. What kind of school is that? My son dropped accidentally some cereal, and I SAW THROUGH THE BACK DOOR HOW THEY MADE HIM PICKED UP ONE BY ONE TELLING HIM “COME ON, FASTER” instead of help him or pick them. They scream to the kids and pretend to keep them sit for half an hour until they start the circle time. Is that possible? Your 2 or 3 year old child stays SIT HALF AN HOUR ON A CHAIR DOING NOTHING FOR HALF AN HOUR? And when they started to get boring again “sit down I TOLD YOU SIT DOWN” Honestly since day one I knew something was wrong, but I let him keep going thinking “maybe it’s me, it’s my first child” but no. I STAYED AT THE BACK DOOR AND LISTEN AND SAW TO EVERYTHING. That’s unacceptable. And worse thing, when I picked him up, the principal didn’t even care about anything.
Amazing daycare, my daughter loves it , could start earlier, very comfortable hours and close to my son’s south point elementary school
Awesome place! Nice teachers, amazing director! I’m so happy my 3 years old goes there!
