Dr.O’Rourke was professional, informative a gentle with my 4 yr old Granddaughter when I brought her in because she hasn’t been feeling well and I wanted her checked. He was very good with her ! It was a clean and tidy environment..The wait wasn’t overly long, but we did wait for a bit with 4 patients in front of us. Overall, I would bring her back when she is unwell,or myself to be checked out.

The Well Now on 1708 Altamont Avenue in Rotterdam was a great experience. They got me in quickly and I met with the nurse first, then the doctor and then had an ex ray and was out the door in less than an hour and a half. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, the nurse was great, doc was great, the woman who took my ex ray was great, and the second nurse who put on my arm brace was also great. All so very nice and they ran it like a well oiled machine. If I ever have another issue, I will be heading back to that site.

I had a wonderful experience when visiting WellNow Urgent Care on Altamount Ave in Schenectady 😊I had made an appointment online the night before. I was helped with in minutes and taken right back into a room. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I told them I was nervous about going back to an Urgent Care after my last experience at Malta Urgent Care😡This was NOTHING like that at all! There was only one person waiting, no long line and NO 3 hr wait🙄 I would definitely recommend going to this Urgent Care and making an appointment online! Thank you Ladies for your WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 17th at 9 am 😊♥️

Saturday morning was my first experience in this facility, I had been dealing with upper respiratory issues and saw online that I could schedule my own appointment, that’s the first thing I really appreciate, not only that but I was able to register myself, get all important information in the system before and even got there so the receptionist made a copy of my insurance card and immediately walked me to the room. I also love the availability, hours are great. The physician I saw examined me, explained thoroughly what he saw was the problem, explained what I should do and offered for me to return if I continued with any problems, my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy and ready for pick up when I got there. It was an overall great experience when you are feeling ill and just want to be home, quick, efficient . I’m very grateful and will definitely return if I need urgent care again.

I had a less than stellar experience at another WellNow location earlier that evening, but was very happy with the service and care I received at this location. The nurse and doctor that took care of me were so kind, and they both knew I wasn’t feeling well. I was in and out and on my way in under an hour, which was so helpful so I could go home after picking up medication & get back to resting.
