My son went here from June 2024 - Dec 2025 and it was okay until there was massive turn over. After the last director stepped down rainbow has gone down hill significantly. We noticed our son coming home upset more often and not his happy self. We asked for a meeting with the teacher and director multiple times to see if we could figure out what’s going on. But there was no one who would ever get back to us. One day we received a call from his teacher that our son had a hard day at school. Two days later, we received a video from his teacher where our son was very upset. Instead of the teacher trying any techniques to clam him she ostracized him. She also said that she deals with issues from him all the time but never brought it to our attention. This we found to be ridiculous, as we asked how his day was every time we would pick him up and the teacher always said he a had great today. The director told us that he’s been acting like this since summer, we told her if that’s the case, why aren’t you telling us this so we can work on it at home? The day his teacher recorded him, my son came home and I showed him the video with no volume, he instantly broke down saying he didn’t do his school work when asked and that his teacher hit him. Well I stopped it all right there. I didn’t talk to him about it again until he went to his grand mothers house the next day where she started talking about school and he stated the same thing that his teacher hit him. We brought it up to the director who stated she would investigate. And she found that there was “ no evidence and that it was his word against hers” after only one day of “investigating”. We understand our son is 4 and kids can be kids however, three different days and his story was the same so something was wrong with the situation. We do not believe this situation was handled appropriately by the daycare, as a result we pulled our son. Unfortunately, at this place, our babies are just $$$ signs to them. Now don’t get me wrong, some teachers there are absolutely wonderful and loving. However, save your sanity and take your kiddos somewhere else.
Both of my babies just started and I absolutely love it there! I was skeptical about enrolling my 2 month old but they make me feel very comfortable with her being there. Ms. Nikki sends me messages throughout the day to keep me informed. I thank them for being there for me and everyone else who needs childcare.
1-13-26 called at 12:17 p.m.- tried to leave a message or get a person and it said the mailbox is full. Cannot leave a message. I also called back on December 11th, 2025. Got the same message.
A great place for your child to learn and grow! The staff, especially the director, are professional and loving. They offer nutritional cafeteria style meals and one on one learning.
The director is very kind and loving! She truly loves working with the children.
