Rainbow Daycare And Preschool

ImI just not impressed with this daycare anymore. There are some good staff there, but there has been a high turnover rate. When one of the staff was explaining why my son was in trouble, I could only understand half of what she was telling me. Lack of supervision is a problem in the school age room. I saw my son get pushed by his face from a larger child while two staff members were distracted with paperwork. There are two staff members that are extremely rude. However, Someka treats the kids really well and is very nice. She alone is the reason that this facility gets 2 stars instead of 1 star.

This daycare is not the same as it was two years ago when my son first started. The turn around time of the staff is ridiculous; new staff every 2-3months. When parents enter or exit the building most of the staff won't say goodmorning/goodnight. My son has come home numerous of times telling me that this same child has hit him and I was never given a incident report. When I approached his teacher about it she said "well if you want me to document every little thing then I will". Turns out that the child that kept hitting everyone's kid is the managers godson. This is why nothing was done about it. I've had enough and I am taking my son out of this daycare. I wish I could give them no stars instead of one.

I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this daycare. My child has never attended but we have been told twice in the last 6 months that he could start. Once in November, when I turned in the application, only to be told by the woman in charge of applications, that that information given was false. I was informed he could start in December when he turned 4 because there were spots open. I waited over a month for a phone call for him to start and only found out today, after I called to inquire, that the 4 yr old room was at capacity, and has been for some time!!! So what was the reasoning in telling me what was told in November? I could have been seeking out other pre schools. And after talking to Jennifer for 5 minutes, she kept confusing me with someone else; yet she did recollect our previous conversation although she skated around explaining why she relayed false information. Thoroughly disappointed.
