This is an OKAY establishment. For the prices they charge, they should do better. We have good days and bad days here. The infant class teachers are AMAZING. Kindercare arranges few fun activities too. They have staff shortages some days and have more kid to teacher ratio many times. They end up giving so much of screen time even for younger ones. They put out a food menu for each week but never serve based on it. They always have a back answer ready when we bring some concerns up to the Directors. Front desk staff talk all sweet but then end up not taking any action. Cameras in the classrooms have been down for a while now. The facility itself is quite clean and maintained when compared to other places. The only reason our lo still goes here is because of the reduced crying episodes during drop off and the friends they have made.
I absolutely love this KinderCare and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! There are several locations nearby, but none compare to the amazing customer service and love these ladies have for our kids. Not only are they directors and teachers, but they are also mothers, friends, aunties, and grandparents to our precious ones. From the beginning, I felt so at peace leaving my little ones here because I could see how much everyone cared about the children. I would definitely recommend taking a tour of the center! Honestly, I know there's a good reason there's a waitlist—these ladies are THE BEST!!!
My son has been here since he was 8 weeks old, now 2 1/2! He has always loved the teachers and they love him just as much! He has been with a lot of the same kids since he started, and watching them play together and have fun makes this place worth it!
I DO have to say ever since my youngest who has been at the Franklin Center. Has gained her own independence from the activities she had learned. I love the fact there's activities every single day. I Love the fact I see pictures of activities that my child and her classmates have done every single day. I just love it. The staff is Like family to us. They take care of my child like their own. You all keep up the good work.
We decided against enrolling our son here after reading the negative reviews. We took a tour and the building seemed nice. Apparently they are under new management. However, there were lots of vacant rooms and openings, which was a big red flag. The gym also smelled of urine. However, I did observe teachers being interactive with the kids (finger painting, supervising outdoor play). The cost was also high for what it was. I believe it was close to $1100 per month for a full-time 2 year old, which is the same price as the Goddard School.
