Absolutely love this place! The teachers and managers truly care about the children that are enrolled! They are safety conscious and very aware of the realities of the world today. I’m very thankful for a daycare that is prepared for anything and practices regularly to ensure everyone knows what to do in case of emergency. I love that teachers take pictures and I can see what the kids are learning throughout the week. On another note the kids also love it! I love seeing how kind the teachers are and how lovingly the kids are treated! I think it’s important for parents peace of mind to have leaders like the ones at KinderCare In Greer!!

I love this place! My son came here from big blue marble Which we did not have a good experience with. KinderCare has been amazing for us. We moved here a little less than a year ago and I had two weeks to find a daycare. The director informed me that she had a new classroom opening with 13 spots available to two year olds. All of the staff here has been great! Stephanie the new director has listened to our concerns with my son's behavior and tried everything to help me figure out solutions. They really care about the kids and I'm grateful my son has a spot there!

Very disappointed, I don't even know where to begin....that's how bad it's been for the experience.... All I can say is right now there is a major low staffing situation since January 2025 before then management was even worse..kinda still is... a new management that has come in doesn't know what's going on due to some staff not informing her. - some of the Teachers tells the truth and management says something completely different. -Kids aren't in their right rooms most of the time. Again due to staffing sometimes just for the heck of it ... -Teachers are not able to get to know the kids because their doing other jobs as well. - newer teachers being very ugly to a child (back in February) while I was walking in the classroom she was full of hate yelling at the little one to be quite and shhing very loud and heavy like .(please get teachers that are calm and can handle baby cries ). I didn't feel very comfortable knowing that she was doing that (since that day she hasnt been in that classroom/ normally in the toddler or older kids room I believe) - Payment was not right off and on. The only reason I stayed was due to the first 2 teacher my child had (sadly they are not at that location anymore). They both actually took the time to know there kids. Definitely knew my kid was advanced for their age, the other 1 is good just stretch thin not able to get to know the kids like the other 2 did. The other (4th ) teacher is good, she helps at time but she's between toddler and older kids tho. - **** Never should a kid that can stand and walk be in the infant rooms! ** The list can keep going .... When management isn't good ... it shows and really leaves a bad taste in ones mouth. Rn kindercare at Greer is not the right place I have no time to pay a company that keeps calling out for us to get our kids due to very low staffing (sometimes it would be a week or two then every other day or back to back , by calls or messages then other times would be right when you walk in) and isn't honest about what's really going on since January it's been like that.at first I thaught they didn't want to deal with my child then I find out the truth ...I might as well pay my self, moving on to another daycare due to very low staffing and management issues. Also if your not a doctor don't accuse a child of having things that they don't have . It's wrong and rude to tell or assume. Better yet just ask the parent. This is a corporate company if I'm not mistaken... Please explain why such low staffing and not consistent??

My two children attended KinderCare - Greer from mid November 2024 through April 2025. On several of my two children were being sent home for fevers. Ehen I took my children to the doctor immediately after pick up, their temperatures would miraculously drop 2-3° in the hour between when the daycare took it and when the doctors office took it. When I confronted the daycare management about this, they stated “we’re not doctors and cannot explain the change in the temperatures.” I noticed a trend when I would get these calls. It would be when they were over their ratios and they had too many kids. I started asking them to take their temperatures upon pick up with the window in my view. The director at the time (Tina Ashcraft) tried to lie and say a higher temp than what was actually on the screen before pulling the thermometer away from me not realized I saw the actual temp. I called corporate and my kids miraculously stopped having fevers at daycare. In February my oldest got hurt at daycare. And not just your typical 3 year old “I have a boo boo” and it’s barely a pin prick for a bandaid. His face was severely bruised and bleeding with scrapes from his nose over to the left side of his face. I was not called and told of his injury until SIX HOURS after when I saw the injury for myself. I immediately took him to the assistant director who asked ME what happened. She then said she would have the director call me to discuss the incident. She did not. It made me wonder if abuse was involved. I immediately took him to the doctor theysuggested I report the incident to the state and CYS as the daycare told me I couldn’t view the cameras. CYS viewed the cameras and was able to tell me what happened. In March, my youngest son was identified as being allergic to oats on contact and slightly during consumption. I told the daycare. On St. Patrick’s day, the daycare celebrated by giving the kids Lucky Charms for breakfast. His teachers picked out the marshmallows from cereal and gave him the marshmallows “because the marshmallows didn’t contain oats and the cereal did”. 😐 A new director (Stephanie) was hired and I was notified by her that I had two weeks to potty train my 3 year old because he was too old for their two year old classroom and needed to be transferred to the preschool room. At that point I was working on it with him, he would do well at home but not there. I was told that if he wasn’t potty trained by the deadline, per the state, he couldn’t attended anymore. The deadline approached and he still didn’t want to work with them. He was no longer allowed to attend (but still expected to pay to keep his spot) because he refused to learn in their transitional two year old room and preschool. I was upset at frustrated and decided to look into it myself. My children attended KinderCare - Greer for 99 days. Of those I didn’t receive a report for over 20 days My oldest had a recorded of 343 diapers. Of those, he was sat on the toilet for potty training 24 times. 20 of those 24 times was during the two week timeline I was given or he couldn’t attend. End of April I received a phone call from the new daycare director that my son got a hold of oat milk what should they do. Come to find out what actually happened was that the teacher filled a cup with oat milk for the kiddo next to him and placed the cup in front of my son during meal time, my son grabbed it and drank a few sips. I didn’t realize he didn’t have a FARE plan filed with them when I disclosed his allergy. Momma gut kicked in and I immediately left work to pick him up. He had a cough, developed the rash on his face and hives on his back. Took him to the doctor where he needed to be administered an EpiPen and monitor. I immediately withdrew my children from KinderCare, took off work using PTO for three weeks in May and their dad took off unpaid days for the fourth week of May. I was still expected to pay for the two weeks for my children as the day I was fed up was looked as their notice of withdrawal.

Daycare closed for two weeks no notice I had no childcare. daycare changed hours of operation due to staffing closed earlier opened later again this was a staffing issue no warning the manager was inconsistent and eventually quit never cared about the kids and the payments were always off. New manager Stephanie has no training always saying she knew when I ask her ab your child. Teacher called dss on the foster parent with allegations that were untrue…. Don’t ever take your kids here
