I was really nervous about sending my son to daycare because he had always been home with me. I was scared that wherever I sent him wouldn’t give him the care he needed, but Greenwood Kinder Care has completely squashed that fear! He is excited to go in everyday to play, learn, grow and be loved by everyone! Every morning he is always greeted with a big smile and a, “Hi Mr. Waylon!!” and as he leaves, smiles and everyone says goodbye to him. They make sure that they stay in touch with you about everything including supplies request, what he ate throughout the day, when he napped, and I get pictures multiple times throughout the day. Ms. Angie and Ms. Emma do a phenomenal job running the center as well as all the other teachers! I am so thankful my son goes there and has had this opportunity to learn and grow with these amazing people. I would highly suggest Greenwood Kinder Care to anyone who needed a safe, warm and welcoming learning environment to send their child!

I started my two year old here in September and have been very happy as the building has integrated new staff and changed to a KinderCare facility. This is a very nice facility and the staff are all friendly. I get multiple updates and pictures on the app, which helps this Momma heart relax. I normally interact with the director or assistant director daily and they are quick to respond to any concern or question. Bottom line, I would not take my child here unless I thought she would be taken care of, and I know she will be taken care of here.
I don’t normally write reviews but this is necessary. Worst daycare center I have ever been too. Switching daycares due to location was the biggest mistake. My children were only enrolled for around 2 months (worst two months ever- my children would throw a fit and hated to go) and pulled them out without warning and got approval from district. Having your toddlers say “teachers say they don’t like me.” Is heart breaking! When Bry to their attention the staff would hang up on me. Do yourself a favor and do NOT enroll your kids here unless you have a position that can pick up your kids early every day and do not ask questions about care. The moment you start to ask questions the staff will hang up on you, be rude and treat your child(ren) horribly!
I love this center and the staff here! My children love it and I refer all my friends and family to the center on Smith Valley Rd. We are just like one big family at this location. The director Heather is the best and her assistant director Amy is so bubbly and friendly and helps you feel so comfortable with leaving my children in their care! I love this center and wouldn’t recommend any other place for childcare!
