I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my child in Crescent Drive KinderCare, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and embraced by the caring staff and vibrant culture within the facility. The staff at Crescent Drive KinderCare truly makes this place special. Each caregiver is not only highly qualified but also genuinely passionate about nurturing and educating young children. They go above and beyond to create a warm and safe environment, which allows my child to feel comfortable and excited to learn. The way they engage with the children is heartwarming; they know each child by name, celebrate their milestones, and provide individualized attention that helps foster growth and development. The culture at Crescent Drive KinderCare is another standout feature. It emphasizes play-based learning, where children are encouraged to explore, create, and express themselves. The activities are thoughtfully planned and cater to the various interests and developmental stages of the children. Additionally, the sense of community is palpable; parents, caregivers, and kids all collaborate in events and gatherings, creating a supportive network that makes everyone feel connected. Communication from the staff is fantastic, with regular updates on my child's progress and daily activities, which helps me feel involved in their early education. I appreciate that they also prioritize family input, making it clear that they value our partnership in supporting our child's development. Overall, Crescent Drive KinderCare has been an amazing choice for our family. If you're looking for a daycare that provides exceptional care, top-notch education, and a loving environment, I wholeheartedly recommend Crescent Drive KinderCare. It's truly a special place for little ones to grow and thrive!

As a helicopter mom, I am very grateful to have discovered KinderCare. I am comforted by the way the wonderful staff has cared for my little one and always answered my MANY questions and concerns. Sonya and the entire team are very transparent and supportive with a phenomenal open-door policy. However, the benefits of selecting KinderCare for your child do not end there. From date nights for parents, to family fun days with the staff, this daycare values who you are as well as your child.

I love the staff and environment at this Kindercare location. Everyone there genuinely loves and cares about the children there and gives me comfort being at work knowing they are loved and safe at daycare. My daughter loves going every day and my older son misses them already after transitioning to middle school. They really made the difference when moving to a new city knowing no one!

Words cannot express how grateful we are for being part of the Crescent Dr. Kindercare family! We were a little skeptical initially when we decided to transfer our daughter from another branch to Crescent Dr. but no regrets at all & glad that we found you! The staff and teachers are fantastic! Every teacher & staff member knows my child's name and provides a warm welcome & byes during drop-off & pick-up! I mean, they take the time to make a personal connection with every child! Also, They are so flexible with the child's schedule & offers a lot of different options! We have noticed a lot of improvements in my daughter's social skills, communication, potty training, and growth in every aspect. She is always ready to go to daycare & enjoys being there. Also, love that they keep us posted with pictures and her daily schedule on the app. Thank you again for making us feel comfortable being away from our child while at work and for caring for her beyond our expectations while we are away. I appreciate all of the support and service that this center provides to the community. We definitely recommend this center to anyone in the area!

I am writing this review due to several concerns that led to my decision to withdraw my child from Kindercare. The incidents I am about to outline have raised significant concerns regarding the level of care, communication, and professionalism at this center. This is the second review that I am submitting because the first one was asked to be submitted by the director and I removed it. 1    Breakfast Incident: My husband dropped our son off at the center around 8:30 AM. When I inquired about the delay in his arrival home, my husband informed me that he had to go pick up breakfast for our son because the center stated that they had already served breakfast. This was surprising since I had been informed by, the director, that all children, regardless of their arrival time, would be provided breakfast. I attempted to reach out to several staff members. I then contacted the cook, who agreed to feed my son after he was brought food by my husband. The assistant director then called me back and heard my concerns. She then asked me to call the center and she would give the phone to the director. I called the center’s phone and spoke with the director. The director then expressed frustration that I had contacted the cook. She also suggested that my husband should have spoken to her directly, that I should have called the center’s phone, and that I was being messy. There have been times where I have watched her watch the phone ring and not pick it up. I found this response unprofessional and dismissive. I was off of work for the day, and at that moment I was a concerned parent. I informed the director that either my husband or I could address concerns regarding our child, as we both have an equal role in advocating for his well-being. My husband did not know that my son could still eat breakfast at the center. 2    Attitude and Retaliation: Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced unprofessional behavior from the director. Previously, I had raised concerns about a staff member, who made inappropriate comments about leaving children with soiled diapers. I did not want this staff member around my child. I reported these concerns to the director, but instead of addressing the issue, she responded dismissively, claiming that I was “being messy” and informed me that I would no longer be needed to work for the rest of the week. When I inquired about my childcare discount, the director was unhelpful and stated that she didn’t know how that would be handled. The following day, I discovered the same staff member was still working with my son. The Director also called me in later that week because she was short staff. 3    Failure to Notify Parents about RSV/other illnesses: On another occasion, when my son was diagnosed with RSV, I informed the director through both text and phone call. However, I later learned from another parent/peer that their child had also contracted RSV, which had been passed to my son. Despite the potential health risks involved, none of the parents were notified about the presence of RSV or other contagious illnesses at the center. This lack of communication is particularly troubling, especially given that RSV can lead to severe complications such as pneumonia, and parents need to be informed to take appropriate precautions. 4 Speaking on Person/Confidential information: There have been instances where the director has spoken about other employees' personal/private information. The director has also shared personal and private information about me with other employees. The consistent lack of communication, dismissive attitudes from staff, and failure to address serious issues such as illness notifications are unacceptable. Due to my experience with Kindercare, I would not recommend Kindercare…. Those were a couple of the issues that I encountered at Kindercare.
