My daughter has been attending this location for a year now and it’s been a great experience. She started at age 3, very shy and quiet. Now she’s so outspoken, very social and absolutely loves going to “school”. She loves her teachers and classmates and she’s well taken care of which is what all parents look for in a daycare. They provide pictures and videos throughout the day which is great. The only thing that could make things better is if there was a live camera feed that parents could log in to view the classroom. Overall i recommend this location! The staff are great!
My daughter has been here for a while, she is very happy, made new friends, the teachers and the principal are very kind, every day she wants to go to school, and when she leaves, the teacher also prepared a parting card for her, which is a very gratifying experience!I recommend this place.
It was a great 2 year experience for my son. Of course he had his favorite teachers but as he got older he had to go into the big kid room and leave his favorite teacher behind. What was great was that he often got to go hangout on his favorite room with his favorite teacher. Overall it was a really great experience and they teach the kids so much and get them use to a routine. My son loved it there. Now he is four and going into pre-k.
I have had to take some time to calm down enough to write this review. My son was enrolled for about 2 months before we urgently pulled him out. There were several issues that we dealt with in that short time. The most concerning, was giving our 5 month old a sippy cup of water. That was the final straw. Having a child that’s slow to grow, dairy allergy and declining on the growth chart has been difficult enough to manage. Anyone working in an infant classroom should have the knowledge to properly care for them. Water that young is dangerous and unnecessary. We had concerns that he wasn’t being fed properly as they claimed he took 2.5 hour naps so they were unable to feed him at the times he was due. He has never napped that long unless he’s contact napping, which isn’t possible in a daycare setting when you’re caring for 1-4 infants. Even at the new facility that has cameras, he continues not to nap. There was another incident where the director told my husband at pick up that my son had been projectile vomiting (probably from water they were giving him), and they attempted to contact me and my husband “multiple times” and weren’t able to get ahold of us. We were told that the line was busy. Neither one of us had missed calls or messages on the app that they had previously used to communicate with us. Nobody else on the emergency contact list was contacted either. We toured many facilities and decided to go with kindercare as it seemed like the best fit for him. We spent the next couple of months trying to give it a chance until we just couldn’t trust that he was in good hands. Ms. Nina and Ms. Amanda were great with our son. Once they left for the day, it seemed to get sketchy. We had plans to meet with the director to discuss our concerns but decided it would be best to unenroll our son due to the negligent care he received. As a nurse, I know how stressful it can be to care for many people at the same time, but that doesn’t give mean I can claim ignorance. My hope is that better training will be provided to all teachers so something like this doesn’t happen to another child.
I have a 4 year old daughter that has now been enrolled into Rainbow (now called Kindercare) for over a year now and just recently also had my 3m old son start as well. I've always been happy with all communication. The facilities are super clean and they are accommodating of my daughter having a vegan diet. My daughter really enjoys the curriculum and has fun learning. Staff turnover is about what is expected for this industry. The leaders are always forthright in letting parents know of upcoming teacher changes. Each room is on camera during the day. They have an indoor gym area for the children to play in as well. We're very happy that we decided to enroll our daughter when we moved to Canton and are glad that we could also enroll our son. Prices are equal to other daycare centers in the area, but their hours are better/equal to others. Highly recommend this center!
