We have nothing but good things to say about West River KinderCare! Both of our daughters have been here for the last year. The directors and teachers are wonderful. Communication with the directors is excellent, and our kids have learned and grown so much from their teachers. They have fun things for the kids to do all the time. I was nervous about a daycare center but couldn’t be happier with our experience!
I cannot recommend KinderCare West River more. After experiencing some traumatic things at another local daycare center, my daughter is finally in good hands. Rachel, the director, is a gift to this planet. She is equal parts nurturing teacher and mama bear. She is kind but 10000% isn’t afraid to address issues when they pop up. Jess, her assistant director, is just as kind and protective too. These leadership qualities are surprisingly hard to find in childcare settings from our experience. The teachers are awesome too. They offer a ton of extra program options that our daughter LOVES! It feels really good to trust that our girl is in good hands. She’s truly thriving!
We couldn’t be happier! From day one, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Most of the caregivers go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. We especially appreciate the regular updates, photos, and communication throughout the day—it gives us so much peace of mind. We’ve seen growth in our children since starting here, both socially and developmentally. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a trustworthy, loving place for their little one!
The environment and staff are very warm and welcoming! The management team is spectacular. I couldn’t imagine having my children anywhere else other than KinderCare. Shout out to Mr. Will, I think my boys think he’s cooler than me most days!
I started at the Kindecare on West River Dr with my daughter a few months ago. As any new mom can attest I was so nervous and sad to leave my child in the care of others but the ladies at KinderCare made me feel so much better and really worked with me on what was a hard transition personally. My now 5 month old daughter loves her teachers and has nothing but smiles when we go to drop her off in the morning. It’s such a relief to feel like I can leave her with people who make her smile and ensure her needs are met quickly. Kudos to the infant room team!
