My daughter started at Lightbridge academy around 4 months old as a drop ins when needed. She is now a full time student, and loves to come to school! The Lightbridge academy staff are so dedicated to my child's education and makes sure she is hitting all of her milestones. The staff and administration team are amazing! It was very hard for me at first to leave her, but I knew she was in great hands! I am so happy to be a part of this family!

My daughter has attended Lightbridge Academy of Flemington for over 3 years and it has been the best experience for her. She has grown leaps and bounds and and you can truly tell how much of an impact being at Lightbridge has made. The teachers make sure we are constant communication of what's happening in the school. They always make sure our daughter comes home happy and well cared for. From the moment you walk In the door you are greateted with the warmth of the administrative team who always makes sure we are happy and everything is going well. They never want an unhappy parent and truly go out of their way to make sure that happens. If you are deciding between anywhere else and Lightbridge to send your child I can't say enough positive things about being here and the experience we've had.

My son is in his second year at Lightbridge Academy, and we’ve had such a positive experience. He is always safe, well cared for, and comes home every day excited to share what he’s learned. The rooms are clean and organized. The teachers do a wonderful job, and the office staff are kind, professional, and always helpful. We’re very happy to be part of the Lightbridge family!

My daughter has been enrolled at Lightbridge since January 2024. She has loved all of her teachers and gets so excited to see them in the hallway on her way to class. I often peek around the window to see what she's up to before picking her up and she is always happy and smiling playing with her friends. She tells me every day who her best friends are. The teachers have been wonderful and always update me on her progress within the class and let me know if there are things she needs to work on at home. The office staff have always been kind and professional and always happy to help in any situation.

Do not send your child to Lightbridge. My son was left completely alone in a classroom for 40 minutes because two staff members failed to do a simple face check when the rest of the class went outside. Forty minutes is an eternity for a young child to be left unsupervised, and it is unacceptable. Even worse, when I brought this up, the leadership showed zero accountability. The director, Alicia Hokins, brushed it off by saying she was on vacation and “thought it was only five minutes.” The assistant director, Laura Gimson, admitted she didn’t want to bother Alicia while she was away. Neither staff member responsible for neglecting my son was fired, and both directors dismissed the entire incident as if it wasn’t serious. This is not just a mistake — it is neglect, followed by a disturbing lack of responsibility from management. I have since pulled my son out and enrolled him in a different program where he is safe and cared for. If you are considering Lightbridge, please think twice. Your child’s safety should never be taken this lightly.
