We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Lightbridge Academy. From the very first day, the staff made our daughter feel loved, safe, and excited to come to daycare each morning. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about the children and their development. The teachers are warm, attentive, and incredibly patient. They take the time to really get to know each child and provide personalized attention. We’ve seen such wonderful growth in our daughter’s confidence, language skills, and social development since she started. The daily updates, photos, and thoughtful activities give us so much peace of mind knowing she’s engaged, learning, and—most importantly—happy. The facility is always clean, organized, and full of creative learning materials. We are so grateful to have found Lightbridge. It feels like a second home for our daughter, and we can’t thank the amazing staff enough for all they do every day! Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring, nurturing, and fun environment for their child.

I was on a tentative waitlist since July 2025. The only person that followed up was the director after having to call twice if my son can be admitted. It seems the director is the one that manages everything including communication with potential students. I decided to go to Woodbridge, where the enrollment specialist was so kind, patient and willing to work with our work schedules and new adjustment to parenthood. She followed up to ensure my son could enroll at the time that we needed and accommodated us. Although it was more of a drive it is worth it based on the attention we received. Th Cranford daycare seems to need more admin assistance and better communication. The teachers at Cranford seemed very lovely however the admin staff can use improvements.

Lightbridge has become a second family for us. My child is not only safe and cared for, he is genuinely loved. Every teacher in every room has been patient, compassionate and communicative. The hours and limited closings are truly the best option for working parents in the area. Do not hesitate to send your child to Lightbridge Cranford!

My son has been attending Lightbridge Academy for 2 years now and we have loved the experience. The teachers are very skilled and knowledgeable and open to improvements. They care for the children as if they were their own. Hours are great and they offer full time care 5 days a week. When I drop off my son I feel good knowing that he is in very good and capable hands.
