We’ve had such a great experience here! Cynthia, Monica, and Millie always kept things running smoothly, and Emely and Cat were amazing lead teachers. Our daughter was cared for so well every day. The daycare was always staffed properly, so we never had to worry about safety or coverage. Communication was excellent and consistent, and honestly, we never had a single problem. Couldn’t ask for a better team — highly recommend!

We were so nervous about leaving our daughter in daycare, but the staff quickly put our minds at ease. Teachers are caring and attentive. I would get feedback from them at pick up. The academy has a great security procedure and is very clean. Teachers keep me always well informed on everything, students are always engages on daily activities. My daughter immediately learned how to speak more, express herself better and be more friedly. Five PLUS stars to my daughter's teachers! I highly recommend this academy.

We like the variety of topics and experiences and adventures on offer. We love the detailed and frequent communication. The display boards in the hallways are filled with children’s art projects. Most of all, we really appreciate the thoughtful and well-observed feedback the teachers provide about our daughter’s progress.

I enrolled my 1-year-old daughter in this daycare, and within just 2 days, she became sick with a cold and cough. She is now having difficulty breathing, which is extremely distressing for us as parents. The environment at this daycare is shockingly unhygienic: • Food is left on the floor, and it’s not cleaned up properly. • The carpets are very dusty, and after a few hours, my daughter’s pants had black dots from the dirt. • Toys are being moved around with feet by teachers wearing shoes, and babies are putting those same toys in their mouths. • The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards are unacceptable for a place meant to care for infants and toddlers. I asked for a refund due to these serious concerns, but they refused. I strongly urge other parents to thoroughly inspect and evaluate any daycare before enrolling their child here. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place at all.

So I put 2 starts because the staff is very friendly how ever they have Frequent staff changes, never consistent. All staff are constantly on their phones (this improved a little bit over time but still wasn’t great.) My son attended for 10 months at first it was ok, but over time it got worst. Some teachers were a little aggressive (eventually got fired for those things as I heard from other staff). My son was bored . Every day they would just sit there. It got to a point I only took him for 6 hrs and 3 hrs of those being his nap. Even that, nap was never consistent. Always started at different times and always ending at different times, ranging 2:10 to 2:40 so I wouldn’t know if they would be napping still or eating snacks when I came. My son was suppose to be moved to the older class but they kept saying “no space” but yet they were in taking new students, as well as moved a student that was younger then my son first. The staff doesn’t engage with the students. They all seem like they just hate their job and they are there just for a check! My son has sense been in a new daycare, he loves it , he loves his new teachers and is constantly engaging in activities, it speaks volume because he would just sit in a corner before and not want to do anything. So I am so happy I chose to move him. I would not recommend Lightbridge.
