2 people speak English I send my baby with good diapers and third day she don’t have nothing in her cubby they are rude and my baby got a viral infection her first day and has been stopped up ever since and also they write other kids names on my baby stuff and send it home and say my baby has nothing to eat after I made sure she has stuff to eat! I hate it nd no type of what my baby is doing so I don’t know if she is being spoken to in English or arabic
I had a really bad experience with this daycare. They do not have professional accountants, and the way they handle payments is very unorganized. My recommendation for parents is: if you have a baby in this daycare, do not pay through Cash App or Zelle. Always make sure everything is clear before you leave, and keep your receipts for your records.
The WORSE place you can put your child(ren). I was forced to put my daughter in this daycare because of its convenient location but its location is the ONLY pro when it comes to this center. Cons: It smells horribly. At first contact you'd think it was just one of the children but no, not at all. The place seems to be never sanitized, just organized after each day. My daughter got stomach flu on her second day and she's still sick today. They don't do any paperwork, daily reports, accident reports lunch menus, NOTHING. They sing the same Happy Birthday song what it seems like all day/everyday. I dropped off and picked up my daughter at different times everyday and no lie, every time I entered that place they were singing Happy Birthday on nobody's birthday. The staff have terrible attitudes and don't seem to be certified. I have no idea if they are certified but they aren't knowledgeable about anything. They are beyond lazy and they half piece everything. I would ask what my daughter did today and all of a sudden nobody speaks English. The child to teacher ratio is way off. Kids that are sicker than sick are allowed access. I mean snotty faces you think you would only see on television, in the daycare like everything's fine. Everything is wrong at this daycare. You name it and it's wrong. I felt like a bad parent having my child there but she's in a MUCH better center now, thank god.
