Customer Service is incredibly slow, the app can use more work, you cant pay loans directly from app unless you have a savings account. They should have different lines depending on what payments or issues you like to do. Ive only been with this establishment for 4 months and im already looking ahead to when i finish my loan so i can take my portfolio money out and move to a more competent place

I've tried to use their atm on several times. 1st time it was out of order, 2nd time the guy in front of me told me the machine ran out of money. 3rd time I put in my atm 3 times & it kept giving me an error. So there's a bakery about 2feet away that has an atm from first bank I put in my card no problem what so ever.

It is excellent and they treat people very nice I've been there for years maybe over 20 years and I will not leave the place

Unbelievable the hoops one have to jump when you have a lost in the family that had been their client for over 20 years. Service is poor. Who's on first?
