I've been using the Babysitters Circle consistently for a few weeks now and it has been amazing! Each sitter has done great with my daughter and she loves all of them. She is especially fond of Brittany and Destiny! Brittany has been great with coordinating care, even making last minute changes when I had an emergency and needed a sitter within a hour! Yesterday my sitter got sick. Me & my fiancé already had plans yesterday that were made two weeks ago. Our sitter was supposed to stay overnight so we had booked a room. When she canceled I was so upset. We had to cancel our room. I reached out to the babysitting page on Facebook that I’m in. I didn’t feel comfortable with the people who were responding. I researched out to The Babysitters circle. Within mins she responded to me. I called her to learn more about her company and workers. She was able to find me a sitter at the last min. Kiara was perfect. I felt so comfortable knowing my kids were in good hands.
If I could give them 1,000 stars I would. From the first point of contact the owner was very professional. She broke everything down thoroughly and explain every detail. I was able to ask questions with ease and I was given answers very promptly. I had the opportunity to explain our family dynamic without any judgement and was given several options for different Nannies that would fit our family’s need. My 9 month old has never been cared for by anyone and she absolutely loves her Nanny. There is not an inch of doubt in my mind about choosing this agency. The only regret I have is that I didn’t find them sooner. The Nannies are on time, very professional, and have great communication skills. Both of my children have been very well taken care of and my 8 year old adores her time with her nanny. Thank you so much for the amazing services you offer my family.
