I would never recommend this daycare to any parent. My daughter was repeatedly placed in unsafe situations where she was hurt by other children and the staff failed to properly supervise or intervene. On multiple occasions i raised concerns, but nothing changed. Instead of protecting my child, they minimized what was happening. We ultimately removed her for her safety. No parent should have to worry about whether their child will be protected while in someone else's care. Unsanitary, disorganized, not accountable for there actions, deletes comments just to save face.
We LOVE QCC. My oldest attended one of the centers in fort smith and my youngest 2 now go to E Justice. My kids have the most fun. The staff communicates so well and show my babies so much love. My 2 year old knows every staff member by name. Highly recommend
A Plus Childcare North is a wonderful center that truly cares about its parents and children. This is not your ordinary daycare facility; this is early learning school that takes every step to support and improve the education of your little ones. My two year old is learning new skills and lessons every day. I do not feel as though I am simply leaving my child with a babysitter, instead, I am sending him to a school with teachers and professionals that really care about his well-being and ongoing learning capabilities. Every staff member says hello to him by name and provides a warm and welcoming learning environment. My five year old has been attending the Pre-K program there as well, and I am surprised by the level of care and sensitivity, yet encouraging structure in his class. The staff openly communicates any issue both good and bad in a constructive way. My children are motivated daily to embrace their educational experience. If I have a problem, which is rare, with anything involving the center, it is addressed and taken care in an adept manner. No mother likes to have to leave their children for many hours of the day, but I feel that A + does an amazingly devoted and proficient job in making me feel secure about parting from my sons. I highly recommend this educational center to parents who value qualified and loving staff, structure and consistency, the determination to promote early education, and a fun and enjoyable arena for your children. A + is a home away from home for my children, and I cannot describe the relief that gives me as a working mother. My standards are high and this children’s center exceeds all those difficultly placed criteria.
