I would NOT recommend this daycare. My son went there for a little over a week. Whenever I would drop him off, he would cry and they didn’t even try to calm him down. He’s come home multiple times with bumps on his head. I started a new job this week, so it was the first day he was there for a full day. My mother had picked him up and he had MULTIPLE bumps and bruises on his head from ONE DAY. the teacher didn’t mention anything. They also gave him a snack that upset his stomach when he has a milk allergy. Which they have a doctors note for that specific reason. My mother even said something to them about that when she had picked them up and of course they weren’t concerned at all. When all of this was brought to their attention this morning, the lady at the front couldn’t have cared less. Didn’t say I’m sorry or asked if they could fix it… NOTHING. They clearly do not pay attention to the babies. I would not send your child here. Makes me sick to my stomach.
I picked my Grandson up from this daycare, he had bruises all over his head. Not a word was said to me!!! Went back to pick up his things and still nothing said when I told them he has bruises. No sorry, no we will find out what happened!! NOTHING!!!!! Please do not trust this place to take care of your children! Its a damn disgrace they have nothing to say to what happened to my Grandson. This is not the end of me taking this to the fullest. They deserve zero stars and a court hearing
Absolutely nobody should take their young kids here. 2 days in a row my nephew had bumps and bruises on his forehead. No report or heads up that he fell or anything. He showed signs of stress by being exhausted all the time and not acting like himself. DHS will be notified. Unless your kid can tell you what’s going on I would say it’s a hard no!
I enrolled my son last week and did not expect to take him out already. The reason I took him out was because the teacher ignored him and did not try to comfort him or change his mind while I tried to leave, instead she watched him scream and run from me (plus she was to busy on her phone) It would be ok if he has been going there for a long time but being that he is new and it’s first week you would think she would try to comfort or change his mind or at-least say Goodmorning how are you doing today? . After it happened the SECOND DAY IN A ROW I turned around and walked out and explained everything to the person in the front. She did nothing but say sorry, and it was a Friday so I tried to see if they would talk to me by Monday and I called and the lady in the front had no idea what happened so that tells me they did not talk to the teacher about the problem she caused. I would not recommend this daycare.
Daughter has gone here for 4 years and she has learned so much from every teacher she has had. The facility is clean and well maintained. Love that they serve three meals a day and snacks in between. I never have to worry about my picky eater coming home hungry. It means the world to me that my child is loved and cared for while I work hard to provide for her. Highly recommended!
