I have sent all 3 of my children to Quala Care and they have taken such good care of my babies. They plan fun activities, get them ready to start school and love on them like family. I never have to wonder if my children are being cared for because they stay in contact throughout the day and post update pictures and videos. Ms. Tina, Ms. Danielle and Ms. Jayla have been the best teachers to my girls. The center is clean, there is a great playground and the classroom is full of engaging toys and learning tools. Highly recommend this daycare center! They are amazing!
This place is the worst daycare and most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. My child is Autistic and we came from a previous center that she had been enrolled for over a year. We wanted to try something new and we were transparent about her behaviors, struggles and current speech delay. She had an IEP set up and we received initial understanding and inclusion from the director and stated there were other kids there on the spectrum and her own children had speech delay. However, once my child started and they got their deposit, they gave my child TWO AND HALF DAYS to adjust to new people, new setting, new kids and by 1pm they terminated her. Her IEP didn't even get a chance to switch over to the new daycare before she was terminated. She had two different teachers in the first two days because her teacher was out, and when her original teacher returned and met my child she did not care to get to know her, all she wanted to know was why she left her previous daycare. The director had signed the email and did not say a word to me when I came to pick my child up that day. I had no idea until 8pm at night when I checked my email. When I came in on Monday to address this she immediately blamed the owner (even though she never met my child or wrote the email). They started saying it was because she was not napping and throwing tantrums (she is 3) and also because they were lowering their staff down to one teacher per classroom and could not handle her behavior. The next week they went from being 400$ per week to 600$ per week for daycare ( I receive vouchers ). SO you went down on your staff and you increased payment? Sounds like a money grab to me. I tried multiple times to speak to the owner about getting my deposit back and she WOULD NOT get on the phone with me, had other people call me and tell me I owed $1,000 until they received the vouchers AFTER THEY TERMINATED MY CHILD. I will never have my child somewhere that pretends they understand or where she is not wanted or loved. It is hard to find childcare for kids on the spectrum but it does exist and this place pretended that they were understanding and they did not even give my child a chance. I expected more from a place that has been open for almost 30 years and from women who are mothers and all I received was judgement, blaming, back peddling and down right unprofessional behavior and responses.
Our family is very happy sending our son to Quala Care. The center’s administration has always been warm , responsive, and professional in their communication. It’s nice to drop our son off and all of the teachers and staff know him by name . His teachers Ms. Brii and Ms. Kendall are amazing! Our son loves them and he always looks forward to going to school. As parents we appreciate their constant attentiveness, care and dedication to helping him learn and grow, and their communication with us.
We really like Quala Care. They were recommended to me by my old boss. I toured while pregnant and the on-boarding process was easy. I did it in enough time to guarantee a spot for when my maternity leave was over. I brought my child into meet the teachers prior to starting, which was welcomed. They have an open door policy that helped me get through the first few months. She started with one teacher and I was nervous when her family moved from the area, but her new teachers are amazing. My daughter loves daycare and the staff communicates well. Seems like they truly care about the kids. For example, multiple teachers know my daughter by name and she knows them. They follow quirky directions from me as a first time mom also, which is a plus.
My son has been attending Quala Care since he was 6 months old (he’s 15 months now) and we absolutely love it. His teachers Miss Destiny and Miss Hailie are so loving with my little guy (he adores them) and they are always keeping me in the loop. We couldn’t have asked for a better first daycare experience!
