I can’t say enough wonderful things about Puzzles Academy Child Development Center in Louisville! From the moment we enrolled, I’ve been blown away by how kind, attentive, and genuinely caring the teachers are. The center is always spotless and feels incredibly safe — something that means the world to me as a parent. They go above and beyond to make sure my children are meeting their developmental milestones, and they show so much patience and encouragement every step of the way. They’re even helping potty train my son, which has been such a game changer for our family. The daily sheets provided for each of my kids are very informative. I love seeing the adorable artwork my toddler brings home — it’s clear they’re having fun while learning and growing. On top of that, they’re always hosting the cutest themed events like Derby Day Parade, water play days, and Halloween celebrations that make school extra special and exciting for the kids. They also put on such a well-organized and sweet Grandparents Day that really makes families feel included and appreciated. Several of the staff have been around for over ten years which is a testament to the Center in general. We love the staff and the care they provide our kiddos! Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Puzzles! We have our two year old here and our 7 month old. We started with a different daycare in Jtown and had a horrible experience. We moved our kids here in July and have loved it ever since. All of the teachers and staff are amazing, but we especially love MS Jen and Ms Sarah in the infant room and Ms Jill in our son’s two year old room. I know when I drop my kids off here everyday they are well taken care of, safe and loved.

Puzzles is absolutely amazing!! We knew as soon as we walked in for a tour that our daughter would be going there. It is such a welcoming environment with teachers and staff that truly care about all of the children. Kids learn through play and exploration, and are able to learn at their own pace while still being encouraged by the staff every step of the way. When we drop her off, we know without a doubt that our child is safe and loved. (As an added plus, the center hosts such cute events, too! We're excited to go to our second Puzzles Fall Festival soon, as well as all of the other events throughout the year!) Thank you, Puzzles Academy! The Wise family loves you more than we can express!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare. Ms. Jodi is a training manager and we were lucky enough to have her working in my child's classroom at the time. From the very first day, she made my child feel welcome, safe, and loved — and as a parent, that peace of mind means everything. Ms. Jodi truly went above and beyond every single day. She’s patient, nurturing, and always has such creative ways to make learning fun. My child comes home excited to tell me about what they learned, the songs they sang, and all the new things they discovered. It’s so clear how much time, care, and heart she put into her classroom. The entire daycare team is wonderful — the environment is clean, structured, and full of warmth — but Ms. Jodi stands out as someone who genuinely cares for each child as if they were her own. I’m so grateful for the positive impact she’s had on my child’s early learning and confidence. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and enriching place for their little one. We feel so lucky to have found Ms. Jodi! 💛

Puzzles Academy has amazing staff who care about children & truly want them to grow and thrive. We had teachers who treated our children like family and would do anything for them. The genuine bond my children formed with many of their teachers was invaluable. Both of my children were potty trained, learned their letters, numbers and so many other kindergarten readiness skills from their Puzzles instruction. The benefit of play based learning was icing on the cake.
