The daycare is honestly the best ever—my niece loves it so much, and seeing how happy she is there brings back all my own memories. I went there as a kid, and everything I experienced was positive, safe, and full of good moments that stuck with me. My brothers were here too, and we all grew up with the same caring environment and amazing people. Because of that, I already know that when I have kids in the future, this is exactly where I want them to go.

The teachers and staff are extremely unprofessional! They tend to the children but never had a real lesson plan. We noticed a lot of the time they used the IPAD to keep the kids entertained. The main teacher was very rude and didn't know how to handle so many toddlers. We ended up removing our child out of their care because we found mildew in his sippy cup. Basically, they never washed his sippy cup the whole time my child he was there. How can you allow mildew to grow in a child's cup?! Digesting! When I brought up this issue, they became defensive and extremely rude. Honestly, do not trust these people with your children!

Worst day care in all Miami. My daughter had a terrible experience, she was new to the school and she would cry the 1st weeks (like normal kids do) teacher would take her to the 3-6 month old baby classrooms in playtime because my child cried. Clearly she wasn't getting adapted because they didn't give her the right care. None of these teachers have experience, they don't speak English & sell you stories that don't make sense. It's impossible that a month later, Id pick up my daughter & her eyes would be swollen of how much she'd cry there. I should've known when they initially said "we use to have 120 kids, now we only have 80" DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! Worst teachers, worst daycare in Miami. Plus it's tiny. Your children will not get accustomed. Reverse psychology states that if a child cries, we must try to make them feel warmth & comfort, not punishment. Never again returning here. Thankfully my daughter is very happy at her current school Learn & Play. You can't compare a school that's been open 19 years vs this that's only been in the biz for 2 & have lost 40 children within a year. School needs inspection, everything about it is skeptical. The law states you may not remove 3 things from a child, their water, playtime or food. These people took play time from my daughter everyday because she was crying for mom? Clearly she hated every second of it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE

I was walking from pasapoga (Cuban restaurant in the corner) and I see a baby like 2 year old walking out the door and then when he's outside starts running to the street I run and get the baby's hand and take him back to the school and they were all surprise the door was open from where they kept the baby's and then I leave to the laundry and then come back cause I wanted to talk to the parent and once I got there the mother was coming out and I talked to her and she didn't know anything what happened and while talking to her outside the front desk lady come out and tells her come inside cause I have to talk to you but what for if I told her already
