Puzzle Pieces Childcare Center LLC

My children and I have had nothing but a great experience at puzzle pieces. The staff responds to messages quickly and has always informed me about anything going on with my children in a timely manner. My children love going to “school” and are excited to learn and play everyday. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend this daycare.

Be extremely careful with your children going here. The last straw for me was when I walked up to the door to pick up my kids and I could very loudly and clearly here the employee say “I can make your day terrible”. Imagine being a 6 year old child and hearing an adult you are supposed to trust yelling that at you. What a miserable woman and a terrible group. Other workers I came across just had no empathy for the kids and didn’t seem to want to be there. News flash: if you can’t handle it then work somewhere else. This is someone’s childhood. They will remember this. Shame on all of you. Parents, if you really can sleep at night knowing your kids are getting threats and yelled at, then go ahead but I will no longer. 👍🏼

As a mother childcare should mean I don’t have to worry about my children once I drop them off weather that be all day or a couple hours a day that I may drop them off for because they’re in safe hands and if anything happens it’ll be reported to me. This place did not call or text me to report things to me at all unless I noticed stuff and approached the situation first then they came with excuses not we will try to better or fix this issues. They didn’t check who was picking up the kids when they’re getting picked up there was two times I sent two people yes they were on my pickup list but no one knew them but my kids to pickup my kids and they weren’t questioned who they were to be in this building filled with peoples kids. My daughter is now petrified to go to preschool from bad experiences at this daycare it was horrible dropping her off today I just wanted to cry because she was that scared from stuff that I may have missed when she was here... they treat kids differently depending on if they’re there staff kids and family or if they’re strangers kids that just started out of the blue. So please do more research and random visits before enrolling into daycares.
