What Parents Say
Puzzle House Learning Center receives overwhelmingly positive reviews from most parents who praise the caring staff, welcoming environment, and quality learning experiences. However, one detailed negative review raises serious concerns about staffing levels, child supervision, unexplained injuries, discipline practices, and director professionalism.
i have been bringing my children to puzzle house for a few years now they started in the baby room and are now 3 and 6! i have always felt like they truly care about my family and they have gone out of the way to make sure we are happy with the care they provide! i would 100% recommend this place to anyone!!
BEST SCHOOL EVER!!!! the children learn all kinds of fun and exciting things! the teachers are kind to the kids and parents and ALWAYS make everyone feel welcome, like they belong to a huge puzzle house family! i really love this place!!!!
Both my children have attended Puzzle House since they were 6 weeks old (they are now 1 and 3). They are learning so much and always come home with lots of good things to say about "school".
We removed my Grandson from here. The place is really under staffed! I'm assuming this because my 4 year old GS got out side, with two other children. Without supervision. How did that happen? They don't know! He also had unexplained bruises, bruises that would have caused him to cry. All unexplained. When I spoke to the director, she was unaware and seemed as if it were no big deal. When I asked where to sign him in.... I was told not to worry about it.... they knew he was there. ( WHAAATTT)!!! Also my Grandson, on 3 occasions was sitting alone when I picked him up all the other kids were playing. He was being punished for discipline problems according to the staff. After 3 weeks he still didnt have a cubby and a his bag and things were literally thrown on the floor. Also when I talked to the director, she smelled so bad of cigarettes that I had to step back to talk to her, and I smoke!! I wouldn't want her talking face to face with my child!! It was bad!! Hes in a new school and happy and can be. Not a single complaint about him being a discipline problem.
Love this place... Awesome staff that always make you feel welcome!
