I workout here regularly and the atmosphere is great. Bring water bottle. They have towels and sanitizing wipes. The employees greet you most of the time. There is a nice walking track outside for anyone to enjoy.
I travel the country for work and this is one of the nicest Y’s I have been to. Mrs. Dorothy and Mr. Alvin were extremely kind and welcoming upon arrival. The gym has MORE than enough high end equipment. Pool was clean and at a great temp and there was even a CrossFit/boxing room. Will be utilizing this facility every time I’m in the area.
Poor customer service at front desk. The weight room needs more equipment. Child care is fine when it is open. Fees for kids sports are extremely high and there is too much emphasis on winning instead of focusing on teaching the fundamentals of the sport. I don't recommend this facility.
Good gym for the community. Pool/Hot tub are a plus. Nice people at the front desk willing to answer all the questions you have.They offer a lot of activities for kids and flyers for events coming up.
Impressive facility for a town the size of Vicksburg. Friendly staff. Nice indoor pool for lap swimming. Well equipped exercise room. Showers and locker rooms are clean and adequate. Large upgrade project well underway.
