Punkin Patch Daycare Center, INC

I had my daughter enrolled here for a couple weeks. The staff is friendly, however there are some things that I just can't get past. 1) The facility is left unsecured, unlocked, and the front desk has often been left unattended when I entered, which would allow anyone to walk in and have access to the children. 2) My daughters nose was not wiped, when I would pick her up, her face had caked snot from the entire day. I know that it's not easy to care for so many children at once, but a mother can tell when her daughters face has not been tended to. 3) the teacher of my daughters classroom in the morning is impatient and reactive with the children. The first Day I came to tour the facility it was the first thing I heard, was her yelling at the kids from down the hall. I did not like that one bit. There are many times I dropped my daughter off and opened the classroom door to hear the teacher yelling at the kids. I've never had a daycare teacher like this and I find it offensive and unprofessional. 4) the classroom is tiny. Number one and three were the deal breakers for me. There are many happy moms that have been going here for some time who can overlook some of the dysfunction here, but I'm not one of them. I appreciate the kindness shown during pickup/drop-off by staff, but I will be going elsewhere.

My grandson just came here from another place, and he has never been so welcomed and loved on and staff showing so much appreciation. My son has a speech delay and they without hesitation took him in and the ECI worker said she cannot believe how great the teachers are how involved they are. They sit with the children Coming from another place. That’s a top-notch center supposedly This by hands-down is the best place I’ve seen the ECI worker said that they were more than willing to help make him to be the best version of him. He’s supposed to be total change at home. He’s so happy and it shows from the day he had

My 2 kids have gone here since they were babies. I have chosen not to move because this daycare is so wonderful. The staff here is among the best people I’ve ever met. I trust them with my children’s lives to the fullest. Anyone looking for childcare should check them out and hope they have an open spot. They check on your kids on off hours if they had been sick, they are more like family than a daycare.

⚠️‼️ If I could give zero stars I would! I am shocked this place hasn’t been shut down. I do not suggest trusting that your child will be taken care of here. I am disgusted with how they operate. I made the live and learn mistake of enrolling my child. There was an incident happening just about every single day and the final incident was an absolute HORROR that no child or parent should have to endure. I could write a novel explaining in detail but I won’t. I just wanted to warn any parent possible to keep your babies FAR FAR AWAY from this nightmare of a place! ⚠️ ‼️

I was dropping my granddaughter at the Dream cafe. I pulled in pumpkin patch parking lot for 30 seconds. Pumpkin patch staff came running out cursing at me. I will never send my kids to this place. Director was so rude.
