Pumpkin Shell (The) #3

My daughter and I have been in/around Pumpkin shell for years. From the minute we met during Covid til today, this facility has taken care of me and my daughter. Thru taking care of my daughter, I know I take care of everything else. They have taught my child respect, her ABC's and the value of friendship..All the staff are great, from teachers to assistants. I appreciate all the love that all the staff gives, from the chocolate cupcake to the stern talk.

I’m really grateful for the aftercare service at this daycare. It’s been a huge help for our family. They pick up my kids directly from school, which makes things so much easier, especially with my busy work schedule. The staff is great—they’re kind and really seem to care about the kids. The place also always smells really good.. My children always come home talking about the activities they did and how much fun they had. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re in a safe and supportive environment until I can pick them up. They always answer, take the time to explain everything, and the director is so so nice! I highly recommend this daycare to any parent 🌹

I absolutely love this school and all the teachers who work there , my son has been attending this school since 9 months and he’s about to be 3 . They are really great !

My baby started going there when she was about 3 months old. I became very fond of Aleida the teacher in the baby room because she seem to genuinely care about my daughter. But, once she became one and started going to the one year old class i noticed the rest of the teachers had very bad attitudes they act like they did not want to be there, when i dropped her off in the morning they barely acknowledged us, i could not get good morning out of any of them. And then she started coming home with scratches all over her face, one day i picked her her face was all scratched up. No one could tell me what had happened they insisted she did them to herself, which would have been impossible . And it happened again same story she did it to herself. I make it a point to cut her nails to avoid situations like that. I could only assumed that another kid scratched her while the teacher was not looking as mentioned by another reviewer the classes are overcrowded, at one point they had 8 babies per teacher. I had to take my baby out of there because of the unwillingness of the manager to own what had happened to her face and because of the very unfriendly teachers they have on staff. One day i dropped off my daughter this poor little baby was there sitting on a high chair crying with his pacifier in his had he had to be about 6 months the teacher was there walking around, heating her breakfast or something she did not even look at the child. You are supposed to be taking care of peoples babies for crying out loud. Some of us are working very hard so we can put our kids in day care, we deserve better from you. I would not recommend this place to any parent who truly cares about their children. I could go on and on but i thin i'll stop here. Hope this was helpful.

If you love your kids don't put them here. They abused my Autistic son. The lady is super rude my son cried everyday. Now he is in school he is a different kid. They let the kids fight and barely watch them. Not be rude but it welfare mom who choose this ghetto daycare
