I recieved a call yesterday at to inform me of an opening.They asked me if I'd like to schedule a tour. I said yes, sure. (I never asked for a tour... i thought this was their process) I picked the very first time slot at nine am and planned on giving my deposit then and signing him all up. Three minutes before my appointment as I was pulling into the parking they called me to let me know they had given away the spot the night before. In no way shape or form was I was I informed that my spot would be given away if I didn't immediately put down a deposit right then and there on the phone. Had they said that I absolutely would have done so. Extremely unprofessional.
