I been calling for weeksssss. Finally decided to take the 40 min drive out there & I literally walked in to see the secretary at her desk doing absolutely NOTHING🤣. They ignore the phones & just chill. If you have any emergency you are better off calling ghost busters.

What a complete joke this place is. PRAB proves that state workers, no matter how incompetent, can NEVER get fired!! It's virtually impossible to get them on the phone, and if by some miracle the "mailed box isn't full" and you can actually leave a message, good luck thinking that they are going to call you back! Then after waiting to hear back from them after leaving messages and e-mails that are ignored someone will finally contact you (up to a month to 6 weeks later) and CLAIM and swear on a stack of Bibles that they had tried to contact you via phone or e-mail when in fact that never happened! They will blatantly lie--and what's going to happen to them? Nothing! They know this. So you get 3rd rate service--if you get service at all. A complete and total disaster!

This place is truly the worst with helping people my disabled daughter applied and was told everything was good, they gave her a UAP number and stamp told her to wait, called 211 said that PRAB had the application as incomplete, went to the office in EB was told all was good and to wait....4 months later no assistance, shut off notices and 211 still says they have the application status as incomplete....No phone replies nothing. Terrible and weird. They dont need to be in this position. Why are they in this position? Who is the director? Its like a scam. Something is wrong and I hope someone does something to fix it.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with PRAB. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls and voicemails, I have never received a response. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored, especially when seeking assistance or information from a nonprofit organization. Their lack of communication is unprofessional and disheartening. I expected better from an organization that claims to serve the community. I hope they improve their responsiveness in the future. Updated Review While I initially had difficulty getting in touch with the organization as my calls were not returned, I am pleased to report that they did come through with their part and provided the assistance I needed. Thank you for your help.

Terrible experience overall. The workers don't answer calls or return calls. It has been this way for over a year.
