Very unprofessional “director” she is very rude and was charging me late fees for coming at 5:30 and 5:45 when my vouchers are from 6am to 6pm. All she did was take that money for herself. Very selfish and very demanding. You can basically say she stole money from me because that’s exactly what she did. Not to mention after months of my kids going there they still didn’t know my kids names they were just referred to as the GRIFFIN KIDS. Don’t take your kids here they also gave a autistic 2 year old ensure all day instead of feeding her like she needed because they were too lazy and that is coming from another mom who took her child out for that reason.
Very unprofessional! This school constantly misplaced my son’s belonging , he’s come home with no shoes or jacket because it was sent to another students home , my son was constantly sick once he started attending this school! My son has come home in someone else’s clothing, he’s come home with 3 sizes too small diapers on , and not the diapers i brought to the school ! And the last straw for me was when i came to pick up my almost 2 year old and found him strapped in an infant chair and the chair was upside down ON TOP OF HIM , with 2 teachers in the classroom and one teacher had the nerve to tell me i didn’t see what i KNOW i saw! On top of that my baby had a dirty face and had soiled through his pants ! The owner called me with a BS apology , and made it clear that unfortunately the cameras in the room where that incident took place “Does not work “ ! These people are disgusting , i trusted them with my child , my son loved those teachers and to find out they were neglecting my child and restraining him was infuriating! 0/10 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
My daughter has been going there for a while. These people are the only ones in the ENTIRE city that would take my child not potty trained and helped me get her right. She been doing great she loves this place and they do a great job with my child. I appreciate them and the services I have received for my child.
