What Parents Say

This appears to be a medical clinic, not a daycare center. Reviews are highly polarized: several praise individual providers for compassionate care and efficiency, while others report serious concerns including poor front desk service, long wait times, dismissive treatment of mental health concerns, and alleged HIPAA violations.

Second edit: I got a cease and desist for my honest review. If you want legal threats I highly recommend this place. Edit: apparently they deleted their reply to my review where they blamed me for having postpartum depression and it getting worse by seeing one of their “doctors”. Apparently if you have thoughts of wanting to hurt yourself but you don’t have a plan or anything you should NOT go to a psychiatrist. Just the ER. They are so well equipped for treating long term patients. I think that’s enough of a review. If you want to become a person who unalives themselves then I highly recommend Dr Cynthia Garza and her army of fumbling interns. One of them wouldn’t send in a different antidepressant until my husband gave me permission because as his exact words were “this can stop you from orgasming” and then proceeded to talk about that for 5 minutes. That was one of my more pleasant visits. My very first visit where I got to see her and not a brand new resident, she told me my postpartum would “go away on its own in a few months” and to “just goto the ER every time you pass out from panic attacks” that I was having daily btw. After that I was blamed for not getting better. They tried to tell me I was lying about going to therapy. Thank G-d my therapist found a proper doctor for me. I wouldn’t still be here if I stayed under her care.

Literally just called to set up an appt! Girl on the phone sounded like she didn't know or didn't want to help! She tells me all docs are out this week! So I ask her to schedule for sometime after this wk! She tells me call Monday I then tell her why you can just schedule me for January any time yall have avaliable which is not hard!!! She again tells me call Monday she was rude and did not know nothing!! On top of that her voice was not appealing what so ever or soothing!! I just going to walk in this week due to the lack of knowledge of anything over the phone! Sad!!!

NP Ayala is a wonderful caring physician and spends the necessary time with her patients. I had my labs done right there and then and the gentleman there was very nice and efficient. The ladies in reception unfortunately have to deal with some interesting folks. Remember we have good and bad days and many times things are out of their control. A little patience and manners goes a long way.

Where do I start with how bad this clinic is ran. First I tried calling to talk to someone about an appointment and no answer. When showed up there were three receptionist on their phones. I stood there for five minutes before one of the receptionist looked up from their phone and asked in a annoyed voice how can help you. Like really sorry to ruin your phone time. I informed the receptionist I was here for an appointment. As soon as I was checked in they ask me to have a seat. I has been sitting in waiting area for more then 45 minutes before they called us in. It wasn't even that busy. There only 3 other guests sitting down when I checked in. Like are you really that under staffed. Honestly if you make an appointment at this place make sure you clear your day since your going to be there all day. The staff in the back were nice and kind and answered all my questions. I would give them more stars but the rude attitude of the receptionist and the time it took from when I checked in to be seen this clinic is only getting one star from me.

If I could give a worst review I would. Worse experience ever..we went cause my son needed his meds because they had not seen my son since they lost their drs. So they sent us here for an emergency appt. Nurse practioner would not listen to us and talk to us in a very condensending way..They made my son uncomfortable by asking him personal information that didn't even have to do with the reason we were there. They don't care about their clients..they tried undermining my sons feelings when the nurse practioner made him feel uncomfortable..asked to speak to the supervisor, practioner discussed with the supervisor in the hall violating hippa, and then they both walked in and the supervisor didn't help didnt even ask what happened just made few suggestions with an attitude, turned down a legal notarized power of attorney violating hippa again and pretty much kicked us out..So not only were they unprofessional but neglected the main reason we were there because he still didn't get his meds...In fact his meds not once were brought up which was the reason we were there..ruuuun away from this place as far as you can they will make your case worse.
