So I just filled and submitted complaint with the Attorney General online on these guys so BEWARE. My girlfriend that just lost her son to suicide went to pickup food from Pro Action in Penn Yan and was denied by a women named Cheryle stating my girlfriend had 40 pounds of food dropped off just a few days prior...this is a flat out lie...all they brought (same women Cheryle; which had an attitude that day also about it) dropped of just a rotisserie chicken and some chicken salad; total of two bags. When I went in and confronted them about this later the same day (girlfriend was brought by medical service earlier same day) Cheryle spun the same storie and tried giving me a list of food which was equivalent to 40 pounds which honestly just sounds ridiculous in its self as a lie. So I threatened to write the IRS as well as Attorney General and walked out to my car ..she literally followed me until I drove away like an idiot. The funniest thing is that she really thought she could take advantage of my girlfriend which has a disability....wrong choice.
Last year our first time for assistance with tax preparation we found great staff, friendly with excellent service!
